Drogba does not blow hot or cold, he basically just blows cold or lukewarm. He is old & past it and commands colossal wages, there is a reason Chelsea are letting him go despite the incompetence of Torres. Would be a terrible investment for a PL team unless they can convince him to slash his wages.
