Looking forward to Liverpool vs Anzhi Machakalakalala (Spelt right :p)

you guys think Liverpool will win?

and has Yurt posted yet? Juve play tomorrow, thought he'd be back.

Liverpool are gonna name a really young team for the Anzhi match, most of the first team aren't even traveling. So don't expect much, even Yesil might not go since he played on Tuesday for the reserves.

A man does not recover from losing to Merda @ home so quickly. I should know, I'm still depressed. It's been a depressing week all around. Relatives dying, Juve losing to Inter, Romney winning the election. Just terrible.

Is Fifa worse than drugs?

I turn it off everyday saying 'I won't play this cancer ever again,'
Here I fucking am playing it.

That Russian guy was saying we'll get destroyed for this and knocked out, and he's probably right, but such is our squad depth, we can't afford to play any first team players. Apart from Downing.

Redcafe is very odd. Most of them talk sense, but there's a couple of respected posters on there who talk a right load of shite. One of them says '(Suarez) has two teenagers playing alongside him, it would be ridiculous if he isn't scoring goals'

As if playing between two players who struggle to create chances is good for your goalscoring record. If he had Valencia, Young and Nani on the wings and Rooney alongside him, he'd be scoring for fun at the moment

LOL

I know how you feel. Seasons is probably more frustrating than ultimate team I'm sure

Not really, those 35 yard shots from Giovinco at the 120 minute(or headers) to makes it 7-6 can't happen in seasons.

Is it really that close? I got CNN on in the bar but cant hear anything. Seems Obama has a hefty lead.

All the rural Republican states have called theirs so it's Romney with more electoral college votes at the minute.

But it effectively doesn't matter, waiting for the swing states.

Edit: Pennsylvania for Obama. It's pretty much over.

I hope so. (nice stealth edit.)

I also think it may be closer than anyone thinks

It was between socialists and atheist muslims.

Although Stormfront got a different look on things

Yeah, Bams has got this. Even if he loses Florida and takes Ohio he still got this. That 55 from Cali that they can't just fucking call even though its going nowhere is so huge.

I learned from TV / commedy shows that Florida is mostly old people (you would think they'd be for 'Obamacare'?) and immigrants (pro-Obama by default). Who's fucking it up for Obama? The nothern counties, the ones closer to the bible belt?

The stupid rednecks that make 20k a yr and live in a trailer park and think that they will be rich one day so the tax breaks for the rich are good for them.

i have been impressed by varane, dude made key tackles

I don't understand how you guys can fit him in and let him develop, whereas we have Coates languishing on the bench game after game, watching valuable minutes be given to Carragher even though he's a liability

The thing that freaks me out about the election is the possibility of republicans putting two supreme court justices... that would fuck the country over for a long long time.

But it seems not a lot of people pay attention to issues like that.

Yeah, they're only going to obstruct Obama like they have done the last four years. Just getting in the fucking way all the time. President should be the head of state, fuck the supreme court.

Oh man, I can't believe what I have to read from BVB fans here. "Dortmund only has themselves to blame", "Stopped attacking, only parked the bus" etc. What the hell is wrong with you? Don't get too confident, that was Real Madrid at the Bernabeu. Fantastic first half but Real really turned on power mode in the second half. The first 10 minutes after half time, we looked shaky as fuck and I feared the worst. Fucking amazing to keep it at 2-2, don't get me wrong, the late goal sucked but come on. What other teams got 4 points over two ties against Real? Probably only Barca, that's just awesome. I'd have taken one point for those two matches some weeks ago. So proud of this team right now.

You've to realize this is not the first time we concede a late equalizer(remember Hannover and Man City)...I'm not upset about the draw, in fact I'd be over the moon if some one told we could grab 4 points from the two matches against Real. But you've to realize we completely give up on any attempts to attack during the 2nd half. The equalizer was coming, and we should count ourselves lucky that Di Maria/Ronaldo weren't really on form today.....
What I'm really upset by is the way we sit back and throwing games away(much like what happened against Hannover or Frankfurt), not the result

About Ivan, I have disagree with you. He surely is a very talented player, and a good finisher(other than Reus no one is better than him in our squad). I don't understand where the impressions of easy tap-ins come from, many of the goals he scored were stunners(last season against Arsenal, Werder and Stuttgart, this season vs HSV), and the few tap-ins show his great off the ball movement. Why can't our other players score easy tap-ins?? Not to mention he also has a decent cross.....He sure has his weaknesses(can't defend, careless with possessions sometimes), but I woudn't gone to far to sell him....What's the point. Plus it's not like Klopp is always right with his selection...If Gotze wasn't injured last season we probably would've sold Kuba already for dirt cheap. Remember he was only subbed during stoppage time in the 1st half of last season, much like what Perisic was treated now

Rodgers plays Carra: "Why is Rodgers playing that past-it hoofer, who always berates the young players?"
Rodgers drops Carra: "Why is Rodgers disrespecting the inexperienced club legend, who could help these young players?"

Tbf, Carra has made two sub appearances in the league. He isn't exactly starving Coates of league gametime. Just benchtime

Assuming you meant me, I never said you guys would be get destroyed. I do think Anzhi should be favoured but they're playing this match in Moscow and not Makhachkala so the crowd will be far from Anzhi-friendly.

yea it's sad when two yrs ago all the republicans got those seats, they said their goal was just to make sure Obama couldn't do anything so he wouldn't get re-elected. What pieces of shit. Its fine if they are republican but you cannot just lock up the government as your goal.. wtf.

Politics are all sorts of fucked up.

But-but-but the Founding Fathers did not want the President to get too powerful. They were sick of autocratic, British monarchical rule.

commentary mentioned rumors that casillas is leaving at the end of the season

if he keeps on playing like shit, he can leave

Goalies always make mistakes though lol. Just depends how many times they do it, we have all seen Reina, Valdes, De Gea and Casillas do some pretty dumb shit.

Sorry to ask that but why is it some users think they can randomly hurt other people's feelings?
I know you are a well-estimated gaffer, and a good pal to everyone around but could you just stop, please.

OK ?

But don't you see? The actions and beliefs of leaders 250 years ago is totally relevant to the world today.

If there's one thing Metal Gear Solid 2 taught me, it's that the only way for America to truly become a powerful nation is to give your president all the power and a big robot arm or some shit.

I'm including last season. I did the calculations when it pissed me off after we'd lost a game which Carragher had played in instead of Coates, and it turned out that Carragher got 12 appearances (7 starts) which would have been prime times for Coates to get some experience. I honestly think that Coates can be world class if we let him grow properly. Earlier in the season Carragher came on against Norwich when we were 4-2 up. Why? What did anybody gain from that? If Rodgers was determined to bring on a centreback, Coates was obviously the better option, yet it didn't happen.

Even more annoying when you remember how good he was when he started against Man City, but we haven't seen him since in the league.

On the point of Carragher Football Club fans throwing a hissy-fit if he was left out of the squad and relegated to firm fourth-choice, I think its gotten to the point now where even they have mainly acepted that he simply isn't good enough any more, and is merely getting in the way of an exceptionally promising player's progression

edit: FF must have quoted the wrong person, surely?

You hurt my feels. Me, Andres and Wilbury are going to make an acoustic album singing about the pain it brought us.

We could call it The Danish Donkey Fuckers

Track One: Copenhagen Sunrise

Do the Bendtner for me
I said to my sister
She said 'get out of my room mister
You ain't allowed in here, mama said'
I replied to her
'Bitch get the fuck out my face
I'll go wherever I want, sister
Mama won't say shit no more'
So I stepped into the snowy night
And I licked the top of a tomato, ripe
And I called up Bjaelke, asked if he's alright
He ain't been on NeoGAF since that fateful night
I said 'hey man whats goin' down in Brondby town'
He said 'fucking donkeys man, why what's wrong?'
I said 'ain't nothing wrong, I know this Colombian fuck
Man... he's pushing his luck'
