Yeah, don't like B teams as an idea, completely devalues the lower leagues.

I do think enforcing an English player rule is a good idea. Say at the top level you must play with 4 English players, Championship requires 6, the rest of the leagues must field 8 English players. Would need more details to it though to account for injuries and a time to phase the numbers in, maybe 2 subs must be English as well. It would force clubs to use their academies more at least and not impossible to achieve.
