He has served a lot for our club. Would keep him. Cancer ? Has been real Madrid best player for many seasons especially from 02 to 08

As he has been sucking for years and leeching the titularity, doing more damage than good for the club and he almost cost us La Decima.

Time to let it go before it does more damage...

Del Bosque should get his fair share of the blame for this defeat

Obviously, he brought a terrible and physically detroyed team on which politics matered more than it should have...

And those changes in the second half...

The guy is out of his mind, trying to make a team of shattered old players....Xavi, Pique, Casillas, Torres....those guys shouldn't have come in the first place...

Casillas played two league games this season. a lot can change in two years.

He was hit on the finals of the champions too, every decent madridista, saw this coming time ago...

Chile have a legit chance to beat out Spain on the goal difference tiebreaker. I expect them to really try to shit on Australia.

Van Gaal making use of dat Prandelli system.

Should send him a box of marzipan biscotti.
The 3-5-2 formation you mean? More like dat Conte system, the reason Prandelli used it at the Euro was that the Juve players were familiar with it.

The way I see it, Italy should play like that against England, especially now that De Sciglio is out, rather than the 4-5-1 we used in the Confederations Cup... and against Luxembourg.

Some of you are getting a bit too excited over mediocre players. Vlar is 29 and will never be much more than a Villa defender, remember that Spain were also horrible and that something like Silva completely bottling his chances could have made a big difference.

Not getting excited by any players. Getting excited at a certain manger's ability to elevate them way past mediocrity. Also things like Silva's chance happens in nearly every match, it was a good save.

Right, a couple of things on that.

1. Last major tournament was 2 years ago.
2. Spain have massively declined.
3. De Gea has become one of the best keepers in the world.
4. Casillas has been shit.

Aging players in midfield and the defence being woeful has resulted in more chances for opposition teams, sure, but there is absolutely no quantifiable evidence to suggest that Casillas should be anywhere near the starting line-up.

Politics is a factor in all national teams, but this is really wrong.

It's France 2002 and Italy 2010 all over again

What do you guys think, Bales goal in the Cup final or Robbens tonight? Two players who ruined defenders in the final minutes, removing the significance and going for out and out goal id say Robbens tonight was better, of course if you add in what it meant Bales might win it.

Bale's for me of course, won a damn a cup! Plus Bale had to recoup from getting pushed out the pitch!

Javi Martinez would've done wonders for them too.

Schmeichel, Zoff, Buffon, Lev Yashin, Kahn, Maier, Shilton etc

All were basically good at 'everything'

Yurt youve probably havent seen half of those keepers with your own two eyes
