Well, they are not exactly zombies but close enough. They´ve been working on the movie for a long time now, Eli Roth bought the rights when the book came out but now someone else is doing it.
But yeah, it´s a good book. Really liked the description of beginning of The Event and the end part. If I remember it well, it drags a bit in the middle but not much.
