Get hype, first round of the FA cup tomorrow.

My picks of the round

Grimsby v Scunthorpe (is on TV I think, should be an utter slogfest)
Boreham Wood v Carlisle (upset metre 7/10)
Preston v Barnet (upset metre 4/10 but should be a good un)
Tamworth v Cheltenham (upset metre 8/10)
Bury v Cambridge (upset metre 6.5/10)
Bishop's Stortford v Northampton (upset metre 5/10)

and of course

Rotherscum v the mighty Bradford City (upset - the idiot rotherscum fans when big James Hanson sends them out of the FA cup).

You managed to get the shirt worn by the players? Impressive.

Well... Freewheelin' knows where this is from.

That duvet cover is embarrassing. I hope you're ashamed of yourself

You think I get a say in the matter?

I knew I should have took the pictures on the wooden flooring. I'vemadeahugemistake.gif

Nice duvet.

Cheers man.

It'll be a very tough test for him, if he plays that is. Moyes might go with Valencia and Nani. or even a 4-3-3.

Didn't expect Adnan to start as well as he has. Still think we'll see more to his game after this season or the season after. Ronaldo had a season or 2 before he really started to perform constantly. Think it'll be the same for him.

What about Zaha?

He looked to have a tad too much flair, but looked sort of similar to Adnan in the sense of getting things going.

Is probably desperate to impress too, like Gnabry, so sometimes worth a punt.

He'll be loaned to a prem club in January. If he impresses then he'll play a larger role with us next season.

He already offers more attacking threat than Young and he's not too far off what Valencia offers these days either.

dc your shirt is missing a "T"

Nice, duvet.

Did your Grandma buy you that? *chuckle*

I'm on a roll today.

If you really want to know, no, my gf gets them. I did get one once, it's pretty naughty. Based on a pattern from some royal something or the other.

It's chequered and it's top. I'll take a pic one day.

Hey dc your shirt seems to be missing a 'T'.

The T jokes are three seasons old now!!!

Champions League might be on BT Sport from 2015

I told you guys he was ready for 15 games this season, but even that prediction is looking like I massively underrated his abilities. Certain areas of his game surprised me this season. I didn't expect him to dribble at players like he has. I also didn't expect him to show the finishing ability he has shown thus far. I think he has more to offer with his passing and I think he will show more of it in the upcoming months. He's been better at this the last few games though.

I'm only curious to see how he does against Arsenal. It will be a good experience for him. Nothing less, nothing more.

I'd just like to see him get on the pitch tbh. He has been underused this season.

This is about the time when Viva pops in, calls him crap and says he should be sold.

Viva shares my feelings for Zaha. <3

It's like you said earlier, if he's available then we'll go for him, but I expect Madrid to snap him up. There are plenty of good midfielders out there and it's not the end of the world if we miss out on Gundogan. Matic, Schneiderlin, Herrera, Cabaye etc would all improve our midfield and are entirely gettable.

Just not Khedira. The very fact that we've been scouting him makes me sad.

Not seen much of Herrera, not sure if he'll be worth the 36m(?) they wanted.

Cabaye or Schneiderlin would be my preferred buy in January. Already have PL experience, may not need as much time to settle into the team. I think Cabaye is more the sort of player we need though.

It's less shit than before, but still shit. You've just become more accepting of the shit.

Proper guilty pleasure watch though, and I don't know why.

I can't agree that it's shit, that's just lazy labeling. I can understand if you think it's not particularly great, that would be an understandable assessment.

It's actually not bad. I just had to get in on the insults. Most of mine are just shite checkered ones.

He's gettable in the sense that we know he'll be ours if we activate his release clause. That's a pretty cut and dry transfer. Not mush chance of signing Schneiderlin in January. Southampton won't sell one of their best players in such a short transfer window;Summer would be a better time to go for him. Cabaye is possible in January, but I'm leaning towards us waiting until summer to sign a midfielder. Plenty of good midfielders out there.

Why is it still shit?

I don't get it.
Everything about the Brody family is tedious in the extreme, feeling tacked on and completely unnecessary. Not to mention mind numbingly boring, taking up large parts of episodes with otherwise interesting parts. Hated the twist and Carrie being committed.

The best parts have been the espionage bits and the political CIA stuff, which I hope they have more of.

Fair enough.

I'm not too bothered by some family drama, I'm used to it. Dana is just as bad as Kim was in 24. I put up with it because the rest of the show is compelling.

Regarding the twist, I'm indifferent about it.

Yeah, with our wingers sucking and him being one of our best players, I think he could easily get to 25 games this season.

Agree that Arsenal will be a good test for him. Sagna is one of the top RB's in the league so he'll have to play well. He'll also have to track back quite a bit and i'm not sure how good he is defensively. Might be why Moyes decides to go with somebody else.

Still, 2 goals & 3 assists in 5/6 games isn't bad :D

With Moyes saying he'll be a #10 in the future and even getting time to play there during games, i'm looking forward to seeing how he does with creating goals/chances through the middle.

If we aren't in the top 4 come January, I could see Moyes going for someone.

I'm going to be indescribably fucking cross if Nani gets a start, repeatedly lashes it into row zzzzz, pisses away possession in dangerous areas, and then sulks.
