Lewa hasnt signed anything. Watzke seems still pretty butthurt about Götze and that ridiculous 30+ million demand to buy out a player with only one year left in its contract is just hilarious. Anyway your squad isnt half bad with Henrikh and Spidy. All you need is a replacement for Pisceck and you might reach the DFB quarterfinal again ;)

excuse me???

Four clubs involved in two play-off matches that ended 79-0 and 67-0 respectively - a total of 146 goals - have been suspended in Nigeria.

Plateau United Feeders were 79-0 victors over Akurba FC while Police Machine FC demolished Bubayaro FC 67-0.

"It is unacceptable - a scandal of huge proportions," said Muke Umeh, chairman of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) Organising Committee.

"The teams are suspended indefinitely, pending further sanctions."

Plateau United Feeders and Police Machine went into the matches level on points, with promotion to the lowest tier of the Nationwide League Division at stake.

Feeders scored 72 of their goals in the second half, while Police Machine reportedly scored 61 times after the break in their game.

The results meant that Plateau edged above Police Machine on goal difference.

Umeh added: "We will investigate this matter thoroughly and get to the bottom of it."

The NFF's director of competitions, Dr Mohammed Sanusi, gave assurances that the Organising Committee would hand out severe sanctions on all persons and institutions indicted by the investigation.

"The teams involved, their players and officials, match officials, coordinator and anyone found to have played some role in this despicable matter would be severely dealt with," Sanusi said.

Having said that, Police Machine FC is a brilliant name for a team.

Man United fans think they have it bad with Thiago. Gino Peruzzi is worse. It's been on again and off again for like 2 weeks now and today he's said this:

"I wasn't convinced about the financial proposal of Sunderland and my agent never asked for a commission. But I want to go to a club where I will play, thinking ahead to the World Cup. I was born and raised here (at Velez) and I want the best for this club. My intention is to continue negotiating my contract with Sunderland."

So, he seems to (sort of) want to come but not unless we give him all the money.

If I was Short/Byrne and seeing how we just missed out on Mendy, I'd give him what he wants. But that's probably why I'm not a billionaire.

Well, if that's grumpy, then he has looked grumpy for the past 3 years.

He seems to look annoyed though, I hope Watzke and Klopp have not done a mistake by not letting him go to Bayern. On his soul weights also the fact that he refused offers from both ManCity and Real. It could lead to him being down, grumpy and angry with himself, we all know this isn't the opimal state for a striker.

Bless his cotton socks.

Help me understand his transfer situation - would Dortmund be more than happy to sell if anyone other than Bayern offered the right money? I totally understand and support why Dortmund are refusing to sell him to their title rivals but it's definitely shit timing given he can go for nothing next year. Perhaps it is something Dortmund will learn from in the future where star players are concerned?

I'm excited for the Bundesliga starting up again. Moreso than any other league (and I'm a Newcastle fan!).

Nope, he doesn't look annoyed, either. Look at the old team pics, it's not like Lewandowski does all that many expressions with his face.

He could have left for Munich, too, a few weeks ago. But Bayern with their stupid games were begging us to say fuck you.

I think the latter part of the quote was much more interesting to discuss. Please don't post about a facial expression interpreated on one small rez pic.

I am not so sure your inconditional support of BVB's ways will be rewarded at the end. I explain:

From my sightpoint, all actors have really mismanaged the Evilore's transfer thingy: Lewa himself first for putting all eggs in one basket and refusing to discuss the transfer pluses and minuses with any other parties than the clubs and his agents, who have triggered the whole confrontation between Dortmund and Bayern by winding Lewa up with speeches of glory and wealth if he signs for Bayern ahead of ugly Dortmund. Rummenigge has been extremly insolent in courting Lewa right after having stealthly agreed with Götze's agent and Götze himself on buying his release clause. Finally, Watzke has really mismanaged the whole situation from a marketing perspective; he could have chosen to place strategically himself as the offended part in the affair but instead took the Lewa flirt personally and wanted to personally tackle the issue with Bayern in a loud manner which left the impression that he didn't take the adequate time to build a plan that would have profited the club.

I didn't say anything about his expression, that's what you guys started. Lewandowski often had a annoyed/dead look on his face and I was just saying that.

I don't even fully support this whole thing, I'd have shipped the fucker off months ago, even if we can't replace him properly.

But I understand why we decided to keep him. Most importantly, there's no proper replacement (Benteke, Dzeko, Martinez and some more are too expensive, players like Aubameyang or Diouf not good enough (yet). And after losing Götze, it's easier to keep the team at this level with Lewandowski instead of having to replace the two central attacking players. Add Bayern and Lewy's agents acting like bitches and I can agree with the decision, although I would have done differently.

He's flirting with Madrid looooooooooooooooool

I love it when Madrid and Juve swap players <3

Vidal: "It's an honour that a big club like Real Madrid are interested in me. But I'm already at a big club & want to stay and win more."

"I'm flattered you're hitting on me but my BF's shaft is already big enough"

The City squad for the tour of South Africa:

Goalkeepers: Joe Hart, Costel Pantilimon, Richard Wright, Eirik Johansen

Defenders: Micah Richards, Maicon, Pablo Zabaleta, Aleksandar Kolarov, Gael Clichy, Karim Rekik, Joleon Lescott, Vincent Kompany, Matija Nastasic, Dedryck Boyata

Midfielders: James Milner, Fernandinho, Samir Nasri, Gareth Barry, Denis Suarez, Emyr Huws, Scott Sinclair, Javi Garcia, Jack Rodwell, Abdul Razak, Yaya Toure

Forwards: Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko, John Guidetti, Alex Nimely

No Navas or Silva. They obviously get an extended break because of the Confederations Cup.

Guidetti in. Oh yeeeeeeeeeeee

:( it's all so new to me.

Ok! Hopefully, you won't die though.

It XCOM, everyone dies at some point :p

Might restart it tonight, its a good game to play alongside another game. Salazar and Lunchbox will be my cannon fodder :p

Are you playing it on Normal?

Might copy your Gaf name idea as well, although I lost track last time I did it with real names

I actually prefer Vidal to stay at Juve. Knowing Marry, we'll never get a suitable replacement. Madrid's got the money to buy someone just as good.

Should probably not trust the 7-11 security cameras quite so much
Suarez is getting desperate. I think something has him rattled about Madrid's interest (or possibly lack thereof).

He's realised that he needs to start mouthing off ASAP if he wants to move to a better club. I don't think he thought he'd be going back to Liverpool for pre-season.

Christ I forgot City had Maicon. They really are awful in the transfer market, they've accumulated a lot of shit in the last few years.
