Do you think 3-5-2 will be long term?
Probably fitness issues and professionalism. C.Ronaldo is a prime example of someone who has done everything he could to get where he is today.

No. But I don't think they'd pay £50m for someone who might not be utilised fully until next season.
That's the thing though, they don't.
For the amount of money they have they could have already bought Di Maria and Vidal if they really were that desperate.

Honestly, as efficient as Ronaldo's become, he's hammered some of the magic out of his game. He used to be a crazy good dribbler and provider, now he's like a machine
Can't criticise him as it's pushed him to become the best in the world (we'll see if Messi can reclaim that position), but he used to be more fun to watch (well, it wasn't fun at the time, but you know what I mean)
06/07 was when he had the greatest balance of scoring, creating, and dribbling imo

Thing is, if we change to 433, Rooney will be played out of position. 352, Di Maria would be a wingback and we would have wasted 30m on Luke Shaw.

Well it is is a "squad" game and all that type of thing but yeah I just can't see them paying so much money for someone who doesn't slot straight into the team. Nor should they really. That's a crazy amount of money.
Anyway - Wilson was with the rest of the first team squad at the stadium today. Powell too so I guess they're training with the first team now.

I get what you mean. I guess in a weird way he made the right choice, as he is where he is now. On the other hand, he was more of an entertainer in his early Utd days.

Bale isn't as good a dribbler or as tricky as Ronaldo was. Way less flair.

It is. I'm happy with this Rojo chap. Thought he was good at the WC but not really seen much of him at CB. It's funny how we joked about the Garay rumours but right now he'd be a perfect signing.
Nick Powell will probably be loaned off somewhere again. Don't think he'll make it at United. On the other hand, Wilson should get the #9 after we sell Chicha to Juventus.

He was in the EPL though, which automatically adds a lot of validation to his ability. Any mug can score 10 goals in La Liga, so 40 goals isn't that good by the laws of mathematics, comparison and ratios
Toughest league to score in is the Portugese league.....And Bebe scored 10+ as a winger. We should have sold him for £50m :*(

Season 2 can be pretty rough to get through but Lynch came back at the end and it's just fantastic. Just watched the Fire Walk With Me deleted scenes from the Blu-ray set.... they're just amazing!
