Would rather it just entered a pause menu and asked what you want to do, take a screenshot, start recording, or save the last 15 minutes. The different button presses for different functions just doesn't work.

I'm honestly not sure it's that much of a deal. Maybe for the absolute top of the world, but most can probably be persuaded by a pay bonus.
If there's really a problem, it's probably the impression United as a whole makes. They seem a bit chaotic, without a plan and in a tight spot.
