it's still redundant, unfortunately. FIFA games have so many fucking UI and usability issues it's hard to believe it comes from a professional outfit. Menus hidden in menus hidden behind options hidden behind more menus. Horrid.

I have a problem with Alba being rated lower than Alves. Alves had a crap season while alba was the one defensive saving grace (sans a few great Bartra games). At the very least they are even

Nice to see they got the memo about Rakitic taking long frees. But I don't see Neymar taking corners over Xavi and Messi.

Mascherano won't play at CB anymore.

Pedro rightfully back down at 82, he was 86 last season when Alexis was 82. Madness. Iniesta is too high also.

Stuff like this is never as straightforward as it seems. Deschamps for whatever reason favored Sakho, but I don't think he's shown himself to be better than Mangala or Koscielny. Look at Brazil and how Felipao managed his squad, sometimes the managers decisions can be strange. Sakho played during qualifying primarily so he was rewarded for better or for worse.

I'm happy with the signing either way.

I'd say he was rewarded for better considering they conceded 1 goal over 3 or so games with him on the pitch iirc :p

Re the Mangala deal, here's how it reportedly played out:
Porto bought Brahimi for €6,5M and 2 days later sold 80% to Doyen for €5M devaluating him slightly, essentially unofficially trading that for about 19,5% of Mangala.
this ends up at:
City spent €40M on Mangala
Doyen got €9,5M + 80% of Brahimi for only €5M
Porto got €30,5M for Mangala and pretty much lost €250k on Brahimi
