He had some trouble and had to do this test and had one year time, he didn't and did this shit 4 years later which basically means he was driving for 4 years without a valid license...

David Nielsen did that in Germany too, when he went to Düsseldorf back in the day. His description of it in his book is hilarious, he got the car as some sponsorship deal with the club in Germany and when he went to pick it up, he couldn't even start it. He had to get the mechanic there to help him and then he drove off, until he reached a lightstop. There he stopped for a few minutes while browsing through some papers he had gotten with the car, and after doing that he thought "I can't believe they use months on learning this in Denmark" and felt like he got it just fine.
