Turns out the Falcao loan deal fee was £6 million, not £16 million.

Although he's on £265k p/w so in a full calendar year including wages it's £18 million.

Are we gonna win tmrw?

Surely we will, it's QPR.

It will be nice if we do cos Arsenal are gonna get battered so then we can be far ahead of them again and if we're lucky one of the others could drop points too.

Nervy 2-1 win. Rooney scores, Austin equalises, RVP winner. Very similar to our win at Soton.

What.

You thought it was £16m all this time?

£6m is still a lot. £2m a goal right now. Ballin'.

We still paid close to 20 million for a loan including his salary

We're gonna have to buy him now to lessen the farce

Edit: ooh missed your edit horse

Eh, not saying it's a been good deal.

But of course we're going to pay his wages, that's like including the wages in a transfer fee.

This transfer window has been quite boring so far. Maybe they are always like this in January but apart from Bony not much has happened. Leicester bought that guy for like £10m I guess.

I expected Arsenal, Liverpool and us to be quite busy.

It's a rather expensive loan you're not going to take up, so you kinda havto, just to put it into perspective.

Or is it an obligation to buy? If there's such a thing :lol

No.

There is such a thing, I think City have done it with Negredo and Valencia.

January is especially shit for us. Our most expensive Jan signing in the Marry era was 5 million EUROS

AND IT WAS PADOIN KENOBI

‘I don’t think we shall be very active,’ he said. ‘Not many players at a certain level are available.
‘I have also said when we have to buy a player he has to be better than our players who are playing now and that is a difficult job.’

Gaal sounds like Wenger.

Now we know why Falcao loved dem Europa League clubs with modest ambitions

He shoulda listened to his inner pussy again and stayed in France

January is usually pretty boring. A lot of people get all excited about it, but not much typically happens. Bony was City's first January purchase since 2011.. only other move was that shitty loan of Pizarro in 2012. Nothing at all incoming in 2013 (Balotelli outgoing) or 2014.

Going to Leinster match tomorrow so won't see the United game live.

What odds of Gaal going 3 at the back again?

We signed Monreal in January.

He has been pretty good this season.

Probably the most boring signing in the history of Arsenal. Even Santos was more fun.

I'm not a fan of Insomnia. Very boring, it would put you to sleep. *Excessive Seinfeld bass plays*

Not Insomnia

The Others was quite decent IIRC (I probably don't because it was back in 2002)
