I wouldn't say it's too out of order. Mainstay in the team last year until the semi-finals of the Europa League and wasn't it for the doping shit he probably would've played in the starting XI for France. He's still a pretty good defender and young.

That's the risk with signing for teams these days though, 1 manager buys you in and the next doesn't want you in his starting 11. A shame as he was excellent at Southampton. Maybe he will get back to his best at Everton.

Frankly I'm just pleased at the £22m being talked about rising to £24m. 18 months on and we don't want him and his contract has run down and yet still able to get that much for him which is basically what we paid.

Former Premier League striker Nile Ranger has admitted an online banking fraud in which a woman lost more than £2,000.

The 25-year-old Southend United footballer pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud by obtaining bank details and transferring the money.

He denied a second count of money laundering at Wood Green Crown Court.
Reanne Morgan, 18, and Aseany Duncan, 19, both from Enfield, north London, will face trial for the same charges.

The court heard Ranger conspired to use the bank details of Diane Bloss in February 2015 and move £2,090 from one account to another.

With Soton playing so deep I honestly can't see where the goal could come from. Especially when there is so little creativity in our midfield. Emre Can is so shit at everything he does.

Liverpool are fucking about with the ball too much. We've got too many safe players who are only interested in a simple pass to get their Opta stats up. There's no creativity, no penetration.

Plus, we are always shit against teams in stripes.
