I don't blame Mourinho to be fair. His fitness is lacking, he's always injured, and allegedly avoids playing if he's not 100% fit.

Mourinho said as much in a press conference, something along the lines of some players want to play regardless of injuires, fitness etc, and others aren't as motivated.

He also doesn't think he's too clever either. I remember him talking about how he had to "think for him" during a match, and tell him what to do lol.
