I actually think an attacking midfielder would help them a lot. That or a striker. Doesn't matter which. Another class threat up front would be great for them.
No-one has dismissed Cazorla.
He's underperformed just like Kagawa has.
Yet we're not hearing anyone say he should go back to Spain.
Saying a player won't make it when he's barely started his career at a new club, in a new country, after a 2 month injury, is foolishness.

Yeah, he's a very good defender who would come relatively cheap and has expressed a desire to play for us. I would say either he just isn't on our radar or we're waiting to see if Vidic survives all his latest injuries and whether Rio is going to renew.
I think we need him anyway.

Its one of those games where you know you'll drop points because its vital that we don't, with our 2 fixtures afterwards. A little like the Villa game. We were all looking at the next 5 Liverpool fixtures, and expecting 12 points at least, then we completely fucked up against the second-worst team in the league before the run of winnable fixtures had even got going

he's much more effective now, but he's not as fun to watch. i never imagined he would become so devastatingly effective.
06/07, 07/08 and 09/10 are his best 3 seasons for a balance of entertainment and effectiveness.
If we didn't have Oxlade-Chamberlain I would want us to be in for him at the right price but since we already have chamberlain developing I would rather us buy proven talent. I think Walcott is our oldest British player and he's only 23 so that's enough British talent IMO. We need class already developed and experienced.
