But it's not the truth. He had a bad first half vs Real Madrid in the first leg. I didn't think he was good vs City, and wasn't as dangerous in attack due to Welbeck not offering up himself as much as Valencia or Nani do on the right wing. Welbeck has probably only played twice on the right wing the whole season so it makes sense that they have no chemistry. I think you're just saying that because Johnson has been bad the last couple of games.
I actually think he's the first United fan that has actually said he's been bad this season.

I really like Nastasic, but Kompany was better last year, and I've not really noticed a lot from Clichy, which is a good thing, I suppose.

Quite a few got perma banned for no good reason and quite a lot of them just got sick with GAF I think.
I think Phil Jones face is getting more recognition than the very solid performance he put in against City last Monday. It was definitely his best performance at CB that I can remember.

Some are still members they just don't post in here. This thread, like many community threads, has become quite cliquey and can be hard to integrate yourself in to, or back in to. That said footballGAF 1.0 were quite cliquey too, hence why the majority of them have stuck together and gone to the other site, but there were less of us back then.

Congrats to Bayern Munich, they are the team to beat this season, by far. Beating Juventus 4-0 is an insane task these days - even if they are without Vidal or Lichtensteiner.
I wonder if they will dominate everything in the next few years under Guardiola.
Having said that, I feel like Juve could have played better. True, as Buffon said, Bayern were better in every aspect. But still, Juventus were definitely below their average performance.
As for Barca, they are nowhere near the favorites in my opinion - even though I am rooting for them obviously. The defensive frailties at the back are too much. Defensive teams that counter well can hurt Barca badly.
If they play Bayern, I suspect they will get overwhelmed. Dortmund will defend well and counter properly, as PSG did I expect. And if they play Madrid, well, for some reason they seem to be inferior to Madrid every time they play them.
PSG - they did very well. If they stay this way they will become a force.
