This City defeat basically sums up how the season was for them: an invisible Aguero, Dzeko playing at the last minute, Nasri being shit, terrible purchases that made no effect.
Really hoping that Mancini gets fired, even though Pellegrini is still shit in Europe..

Well, the Madrid team he coached did lose to a team that made the semis and he had good success at Villareal. Malaga should have been in the semis really and this was their first ever time in the competition. He's a huge upgrade in terms of European performance.
But yeah, the game was absolutely the season in a nutshell. 100%.

Since Porto robbed us of 80 million while Benfica robbed us of only 40 million that means I'll be cheering for Benfica in this one.

You are outside your mind. Liverpool will be closer but they're lacking in number of top tier talents compared to some of those other clubs.
