Well that is part of the reason why he's leaving. And there's nothing wrong in saying he's fed up with it. That doesn't mean he's saying he didn't bring that bad press onto himself.
The thing about Neuer is that he always looks like a little kid having fun.. of course it leads to some screw ups but I think it's the main reason why he's capable to deal with the immense pressure (i find it unbelievable that some Bayern fans still don't like him and insulted him during the title celebrations
