Hahaha. Flamini's contract is expiring next week, and his agent is demanding a salary increasing to €5m per year, up from 1.5 million per year (we are offering him 1.8 million).

Au revoir Mathieu.

There's quite a lot of talk that Moyes wants to keep Rooney and give him a new deal.

I think it would be a mistake to convince him to stay. It's an explosion waiting to happen and a part of me thinks Rooney is past it.

Hey, a couple days ago someone recommended a band while discussing the Killers or Arctic Monkeys. Anyone remember the band or around what page it would be on?

Don't worry, I added keit4 to the Barca supporters to make up for the loss of you in the United list.

Speaking of that list, Diablos, big billy bollocks, justjohn and Shatner are yet to be added to the Chelsea supporter list.

Where is Diablos anyway. Don't think I've seen him in a while.

Tevez: "I am very happy to be here. I wanted Juve more than Milan"

Oh fuck off.

I got this though:

Tevez: "La Juve mi ha voluto più del Milan"

Translation: Juve wanted me more than Milan. Considering how broke we are, well....

That gotta be fake, Flamini isn't that stupid is he?

But then you will be the last of us to play it :(

Hm... Anyone wanna play Hawx later? :(

Mannnn. Spend the £40 you won't regret it, trust me. I should of bought the Limited Edition.

I have no qualms about saying it's the best game I've ever played, it is that good.

I get paid on Friday, I'll see :p

I got it for £30 through Flubit.

What is Flubit and how do I Flubit.

Just saw that Flamini wants €15m gross for 3 years which is €2.5m per year after taxes. And we're offering €0.9m after taxes per year for 2 years :D

Just how broke are we?

He clearly isn't past it, his numbers are still decent. He's past his peak though and is going to get fatter every season.

Yeah, that was poor choice of words. Past his peak is definitely more accurate.

I think it's absolute madness to give him a new long term contact when you consider his wages and complete disregard for fitness.

So, Rene's leaving United to be assistant manager at moneybags Anzhi. :( Don't blame him. Hiddink is world class.

This hip hop documentary on Netflix is crazy, so many old school hip hop heads.

The one by Ice-T? I liked it, too. Nice to see giants like Rakim, Eminem, Run-DMC, Cypress Hill, etc. still sharp and passionate about their craft. And, yes, so many great old heads present or mentioned, from KRS to Treach.

Well yeah he has every right to do that. Moyes brining his own complete staff so why become useless and less important at United?

Athletic Bilbao have signed Benat Extrebarria from Betis

Benat was the first name other than Isco that was mentioned when Txiki took over. His name hasn't been brought up in awhile, but there was definite interest. Only saw him play once or twice but I'd imagine that's a nice signing for them.

''Alongside Arsenal winger Ryo Miyaichi and FC Bayern Munich forward Takashi Usami, Yoshiaki Takagi is considered part of what has been termed by the Japanese media as the "Platinum Generation."'' (from Wikipedia)
Will be his 3rd season already at the club, make or break I guess, I hope he makes it as in the end of his first season he started several games and gave 5 assists in the end.

Does anyone else feel like their admiration for Federer has taken a nosedive since he beat Roddick in that Wimbledon final?

I think he went up his own arse a few years ago. Monogrammed jackets? Get that shit off the court.

Dunno if this has been covered, its pretty old :p

I'm sure it'll do wonders for the already cracking atmosphere at the Etihad
I'm jelly tho

Edit:
Does anyone else feel like their admiration for Federer has taken a nosedive since he beat Roddick in that Wimbledon final?

I always thought part of the Federer love came from him not being Nadal, who people don't like because he's greasy and has girly hair. Maybe that's just me :p
