All Subway had to do was ask to see his computer and phone records as a condition of his employment. If Jared had nothing to hide, he gives them up. If he does, Subway quietly drops him. It's not like, with the numerous celebrity endorsers they had, they even needed him.

I was going to post the same information. I wonder if we'll ever get more confirmation on what Subway actually knew and when. The woman's story is certainly very believable given the timeline of the events, the evidence Business Weekly was able to verify, and the fact that she is almost certainly a primary witness for the FBI in their case.

Are you a working professional? I'm not in the marketing biz, but this sounds like a rather huge invasion of someone's privacy. I don't think that's a reasonable expectation of any corporation, even under these particular circumstances.

He was originally charged with "production". It's hard to say whether the plea to only posession is because that's all they have, or because only that is the slam-dunk case.

I think you're mixing him up with his manager or business partner or whoever he was. He had hundreds of images and videos, and was charged with possession and production. I don't think Fogel has been charged yet, and they'll announce that when they announce the plea. I think you're right though that either they have a ton of it, and the plea is in exchange for a recommended sentence on the low end of the mandatory range, or it wasn't much and plea is being given in exchange for some kind of lesser type of possession charge.
Because we didn't have any information yet that he was one. Honestly wanting to throw around the label without some kind of proof is a little weird.
