Thanks a lot guys for showing support for our league!! There were some EXTREMELY competitive racers out there! And even more crazy crashes, stunts, and passes. Shortt and I will be tallying up the winners and making contact with them as soon as we can.
In the meantime, I need to analyze the replays, so if anyone recorded the races, let me know and I'll try to get them from your storefront.

There is nothing like playing with GAF to make you realize how terrible you are at a game.
Jesus guys, I felt so uncompetitive that it is ridiculous. Maybe I will be able to tear myself away from Skyrim next time and actually spend more than 20min tuning my cars.

Had a good fight with seanspeed on motegi (gonna watch the replay now) that I lost :/
I had the speed on Infineon and if only there had been another few laps I might have caught up. Still had a great race, recovering from a missile that sent me deep in the sand traps in T1, and working my way up the field.
Silverstone, I'm just glad I got through that. Still a fun race and had to do some blocking before seanspeed flew past...so I lost out to him once again...
All in all a great couple of races and I look forward to next weeks events. Hope the miatas make a return

Bat shit crazy is the only term I can think of to describe that pile up at the beginning of Infineon. Coming around that corner and just seeing the peak of the hill filled with cars and then BOOOM! It went from a packed corner to cars on their side and I think one upside down in a matter of a half of a second. So cool
Its a shame that the replays dont record the voices! That would be pretty awesome though it got kinda quiet on Silverstone where I think we all had to use 100% of our concentration on those crazy cars and fast track. Still, looking forward to rewatching these(y'all all saved the replays, right?). Just taking a break to eat and breathe for a minute.
That was sweaty competition out there. I can see this is gonna be pretty hard-fought. And I think I liked having a variety of races rather than just one or two longer ones. Pretty sure Sirkett will agree since about halfway through, you were whining the whole time about your hand hurting!
But yea, they drive really nice without really needing much tweaking. My setup is pretty close to stock.

My knuckles are still hurting from all that racing. I had to focus SO much, especially on Silverstone. My 360 CS had ridiculous speed (10 rating) but it was total crap braking and turns.

I'll let other members tell you.....that slip up you made on Infineon.....oh, that took some REAL patience out of me not to become "Angry" Dead Poul and fight for that position. It broke my heart to be a gentleman to you during that event. LoL

Seemed to work. No joke, I thought the R3 race was gonna be my best. The Enzo was one of the first Ferrari's I tried out and it turned out a lot better than I expected. Really thought it would surprise. I did some laps that I'm not gonna lie, impressed myself, but I still saw your distance to me go from like 1,200 to 1,400 to 1,500 to what, 2,000 at the end? Soul crushing. Had some terrific scraps with Ox, though, whose presence really kept my concentration at 110% after giving up all hope in chasing you down SarBear.

Seriously man, I am not used to playing for that long. Or really playing that intense for that long. My hands were killing me by the 2nd race and by the 3rd it actually became hard to "feel" the triggers correctly.
You guys are freakin GOOD! But I really do better and have more fun with the lower PI cars. I would like to try some Kaido E/D class cars or something.
And don't forget about the Kaido Monster Hill Climb Rivals event that starts when T10 uploads it. I will be giving away all sorts of prizes for it. Not sure how long I will have it go, probably around a week and change.

Hands?! Try wrestling a steering wheel and pushing a very very stiff brake pedal and heal-toe for 10laps straight...It's a full body workout!

I mean, I'm currently doing the American Truck championship in career and even the Jeep barely makes it above the Raptor's hood !

No kidding about the Raptor. When I was racing against everyone's Miatas today, I could barely see their cars. The thing is HUGE! And the Monster is insane and would actually be a terrible choice for a car if it wasn't for Kaido. Outside of that course, I am not sure what it would be useful in. It can't even hit the top of R1 and I am sure it would be outlcassed in any other course.
The Escort makes an incredible E class car. It handling is neutral with just the right amount of oversteer. Plus it just sounds so cool. I was going to do the engine swap, but I just love the original little 1.8. The Fiero is, well, a Fiero. It is ugly and shockingly fast. I can't wait to start giant slaying with it online. The aero options are pretty disappointing, but it is a Fiero so I am sure nobody will care.
The Chevelle is cool, but nothing special to me and the same for the RX8. I know there are people who are excited about those, but they don't mean a lot to me. The Scirocco looks really cool but I haven't bought it yet. I hope it has some cool aero and engine options because I am sure it could be a fun little car.
You know what? SHUT UP! Yeah....
the dlc is out already? I thought it wasnt out until next week.. lol
Let's just say that it's out for some people.
You can remove bumpers on the Scirroco, that's it.
BTW, the rims aren't better post-update. Today, I captured some screenshots of the same car before and after, it was exactly the same thing.

Totally agree, it's my least played big manufacturer by far mainly because of that.
Just tried the Chevelle, it's nice but my Impala remains my favorite old non-Corvette Chevy !

I think we should take them around Leguna Seca or Sedona Club. Camino Veijo/Iberian layouts would be good too.

Forza has been one of the driving (haha, get it) factors in wanting a capture device. I have been looking at some nice external options and I hope to have one soon.
I dont believe anyone else is at the moment.
