Forza 4 |OT| Where Porsche Are Driven

"My Forza" on their site is now working. For some reason I only had Forza 3 stuff. I wonder if that downtime last night fixed a few things?
With regards to the AI in Career (World Tour) I presume it's automatically set to Professional level? As you receive a bonus of 25% it's no coincidence that it is the same as the Pro AI level. Never realised at first. Unfortunately it doesn't really work.
If there is an option of a R3 race or a D class race the R3 will be much, much harder yet the rewards are the same for the D class race. There's not much incentive to do the harder races. And the AI is pretty brutal, yet at the same time dangerously stupid. Generally on every race the AI takes one or more corners far, far too slowly. Infineon for example. The kink in the start/finish straight just after the last hairpin can be taken at full speed. Yet the AI will actually brake. This may have been on purpose to give us players overtaking opportunities. Or it may just be dumb AI.
Still, you do generally get close racing though, unfortunately, one or two of the AI cars always pull away. But it's good to see them have bad accidents every once in a while!

just the way the cars handle in this game will get me through all the left over single player races, forza 3 was really boring once I hit the R2-R1 races on the calender thingy.
This game reminds me of forza 2 since I had so much fun and time spent in the second game, might have to replay it.

I just noticed export videos uses the forza 3 logo lol, well the F III looking logo like forza 3 was using for everything.

Some of the rival challenges are going to drive me crazy. I can beat the times but for some you need to have a clean lap in order to beat them. In challenges with other cars on the track it gets very difficult trying to achieve that, especially when the corners are occupied by at least 2 other cars.

So, turn10 never fixed the corner cutting on suzuka S bend and some other tracks too, it might flag your time with a /!\ but online that means nothing when people want to get ahead to win...

I only look at the level that I am at (not ahead). That way I dont know what is coming up but I do get to make an informed choice on price.

don't remember but something needs to be done, +10 sec penalty for a cut that big would help a lot, or even a similar penalty to missing a gate in autocross.Wazzim said:

Again, the (UI) music is godlike. Big props to Hayes for nailing it again. I still listen to Forza 3 music outside of the game, will add these to them for maximal aural pleasure.

In forza 3 if the game tried to play a short or repeated sound like rumble strip noises the first few times it would make a loud pop sound, on good big speakers it would make me think my speakers were going to pop!
For me forza 4 does not have it as bad but I can still hear it, that's all I know

You're right, the payouts are massive that far up the leaderboard. Every time I start World Tour I've got 3 new cars, and tons of cash waiting for me!

I'm using manual, never tried with clutch as I'm playing with the controller.
I'm getting owned big time by people using manual anyway. For example, I beat you and Diablohead today but I could have got like two more tenths I think if I had a better start... :-/

Good racing guys, I will buy a new headset tomorrow for sure as I am going into town to work anyway, it sucks that I can't answer but can hear you fine.

I thought I installed all the Disc 2 content but I cant seem to get access to the Benchmark tracks. Its saying that its exclusive content when I click on it. What can I do about this? Its not super important, but I'd like to play around on these tracks and also try out some soccer.
