The Forza Horizon DLC was a bit of a downer, and a major reason I passed on that, it's really sad to see existing cars (to the franchise), used as filler to justify paying for one or two major additions.
In car games, I'm a big fan of car/track DLC, it's the perfect genre for this sort of stuff, but if they screw customers over, it can do serious damage to the franchise.
I realise T10 are part of MS, but Dan Greenawalt needs to stand up for "his" product, Yamauchi had too much freedom with GT5, (he seems to have been reigned in with GT6), while the guys at Evolution took the brave step to delay Driveclub. Would have been understandable if T10 released a prologue of some sort, giving a teaser of what will come in a year or two with a full, next-gen, Forza.
This is all leaving a bad taste in the mouth.
It's just plain cheeky. Yet they know people will find out and they ain't bothered.
Honest people, do not buy the car packs, they will all be in Forza 6!!!
Turn 10 and Microsoft, robbing bastards.
