I was in the theater with my brother and friend and all we could do was point out how she ran. All I could imagine was the way Scooby Doo runs away from monsters, oh man the way her legs flail'd :lolomg rite said:Mr. and Mrs. Smith was awesome. Represent.
However, Taken was ruined for me by someone pointing out how the daughter ran. :lol

I think they only signed up for 3 films and then they signed up to do 3 more after the last one or they signed up to do 6 from the start (which I don't think is correct given how people seem to be worried about where the series will go after the hear they were planing on making 3 new ones)Dan said:What is the definitive word on the Spider-Man rights? Is it a perpetuity thing or is it six films or what?

Then why is everyone going all "Uh oh!" after hearing they are doing 3 more?Blader5489 said:It was six films from the start.
Fox has so far done one "X-Men" spinoff in "Wolverine." The studio is working on a sequel to that film and has scripts for "X-Men Origins: First Class," and "X-Men Origins: Magneto." Potential spinoffs for the Gambit and Deadpool characters have also been discussed.

Minority Report was Dreamworks/Paramount.YYZ said:There's always some stupid or nagging point from turning any Fox movies (save some Searchlight titles) from being ok or decent to good, or even great. Anyone else notice this? Everything they release is just passable at best, no matter how big the movie is. Looking at my BD collection, Fox is almost completely absent. This is the last 20 years or so that I'm talking about.
Their best movies from the '90s are:
Office Space
The Thin Red Line
Home Alone
Die Hard 2 and Die Hard With a Vengeance
Mrs. Doubtfire
Speed
True Lies
There's Something About Mary
Fight Club.
This decade, they've had:
Minority Report (one of my favourites I must admit)
Master and Commander
I, Robot
Man on Fire
Mr and Mrs Smith (also one of my favourites)
Taken (also one of my favourites)
Ok, so they aren't all terrible, they've had more noteables than I remember, but my point is that I cringe whenever I see that big FOX logo at the beginning of movies, who doesn't? They need to stop doing shit like this. If you look at the whole list of shit they've done in the past 20 years, it's pretty ugly.
I think with every passing decade, their quality is decreasing and Fox Searchlight is becoming their only saving grace.
Ok, final point, there's no reason to hope or believe that this is going to be any good either.
No, it wasn't. It was DreamWorks and Fox.polyh3dron said:Minority Report was Dreamworks/Paramount.
