Free Steam copy of There Came an Echo ($14.99) for every member of NeoGAF [All gone]

Thanks so much, I admit that I just wanted a free game without even looking what it was - I was expecting some uninspired janky free game that I would never launch.

Then I looked at the videos and read about it and my god, it is actually something new and interesting. I always adored the idea of Tom Clancy's Endwar, but found the execution of said idea lackluster. This is playing right into my taste. Stealh cyberpunk voice controlled Rainbow Six?

I can't thank you enough, getting it for free is crazy.

Thanks again :)
By the way, can the code expire? I intend to redeem it when I get a new laptop and can finally run steam and all these fantastic indie games (whenever apple decides to refresh the macbook pro's, probably this summer unfortunately).

I can't wait to give this a shot over the weekend. If this works as well as that trailer makes it seem I'll be sure to rub it in the face of my "Voice commands will never work well" friend.

And then make him buy a copy as well.

Thanks again :)

Nope! They live as long as Steam does.

Haven't had the chance to play yet, but it looks amazing. I'm thinking I'll run this the next time I'm at my friend's house and we can test out the voice feature.

Based Feep. TY, sir!

I've always found it odd how PSN-related codes expire. Digital codes shouldn't expire unless the content itself is a limited-time offer (e.g. beta tests for a paid game), period.

A lot of games on my plate so haven't spent much time on the game, but I liked enough of what I saw that I will dig into the game sooner rather then later. Though I admit it makes me a little uncomfortable to be talking to my computer, but that it something I assume I will get over.

Feep

I enjoyed this game greatly. Just finished it a couple of hours ago, really enjoyed the story. Was a very captivating in a sense of thinking about what could be.

Great Job

Just tried out this game for a bit, and it's such a cool experience. I've always been sceptical with voice commands as a control scheme, but it's so well done. I'm going to have so much fun with this game. Awesome job.

Got my code a few days ago but work was so hectic I've barely had a chance to say thank you let alone try it out yet!

Thanks again, I'm looking forward to getting to play this today :)

Thanks Feep! I bet the rest of the industry is scratching their head right now, baffled by your generosity. Playing games for the sake of games.

almost sent you a thank you PM, good thing I've read the rest of the message lol

Thank you very much! i'll play it this week and spread the word =) i'm sure some of my friends will check it out since the gameplay seems interesting (we all want to work with game design =x)

Sorry for the late response, Feep, but I just wanted to say thank you. You're awesome for doing this, and it's obvious that you and your team have a lot of talent. I'm already talking about There Came an Echo with my friends and I'll do everything I can to help it be successful.

Thanks again!
