I suspect the umlauts in your username triggered a unicode bug in the key-sending process. I bet if you follow up with Feep he'll help you out.

I have to admit, at first I felt a tad guilty getting the game for free. But that was before I honestly knew about it. I think with what I've seen so far and the reviews I've watched, this game is going to do well. Plus I think this generosity is going to get the word out quite a bit. I think Feep took a big risk doing this but I imagine it's going to pay off well.
