I must be getting lucky. No long wait times on my end on PS4. Really enjoying the game and I haven't even gotten the chance to play as Jason yet.

I'll be playing this thing for years. What a fucking rush every game.
 
The frame rate is not good and what's with the teleporting through doors?

I'll admit this is pretty funny, but it's really low budget, and not very quality centric in its current state. Animations are bad.
 
I'm loving this. From actually working together with people to escape (except for the dick who left me after I found the boat propeller) to having people plead for them not to kill you, I haven't had this much fun with a game in quite awhile. I think the best part now is the community. Everyone has been helpful so far.

Got to play as Jason three times. Killed everyone twice, but in the last game everyone escaped. I'm almost at level 9.

I hope Gun Media continues to support this with DLC. More counselors, a new map or two, etc. It's a blast, but my fear is in longevity.

This is awful. No one on PS4 knows what to do so one person moving to objective will never win. Killing Jason is ridiculous feat. And just trying to save counselor abilities and pic a counselor freezing the game up. Had to restart it 5+ times to give my counselor abilities and still unable.

This is a mess and feeling like a waste of $40. Not any tension and pretty janky.
 
Just played first match on PS4 and got to play as Jason. Fuck, while the game is pretty damn rough around the edges it was really fun to play. I didn't really know what I was doing but I killed all but one counselor who got away.

1070 and I'm running on mostly ultra/high with 0 problems...

Make sure you're not running anything you shouldn't be in the background and have your monitor setup correctly as one and not two, etc.
 
Why isn't killing Jason more of a thing?

I've only seen it done on streams once but it looked super simple. Have one counselor knock Jason to his knees using a blunt object (baseball bat) and then have another walk up with a machete (presumably the axe works too) and press E to plant it into his head.

It requires more than that. You need to get his mom's sweater as a female counselor and pull his mask off somewhere in there.
 
First match as a counselor, escaped with the cops.

First match as Jason, killed all seven counselors.

Feels good.

Oh, I didn't know the sweater part. Still, it doesn't sound that bad. I guess knocking his mask off is the hard part since it takes a lot of hits.
 
Got kicked out earlier and haven't been able to get on since (Xbox) and even when I was on, the quickplay didn't work and could only play in private matches. I had a feeling this was going to be a bad launch
 
The last match I played was as Jason again. Defintely like VI and VII Jason better than III. Almost stopped the entire team from escaping in the car, but one managed to get away. That was intense.

Servers are back up in PS4.
 
Wow, this game is such a good time.

I have had a few glitches happen, but for the most part it has been smooth sailing. Of course, now that I have said this, I am going to run into some of the problems people are encountering.

Anyway, when it works it is a great time.

Oh no... is that a thing? Worse yet, I'm not sure the game is even big enough to have nimble moderation...
 
Only played one game so far, not counting the ones I played in the beta. Was Jason, only killed 3 of the counselors. Game ran out of time, ended with me chasing a counselor around a table. It was hilarious. Definitely see this having long term appeal, especially when sales eventually kick in.
