I can't believe I spent over $150 on a refurbished Nintendo 3DS XL only to have it shipped so poorly with no consideration of the item whatsoever.

For context, Nintendo pride themselves over their refurbished products and I was excited to finally enter the world of the 3DS. I bought the refurbished new Nintendo 3DS XL (Red) and waited patiently for the package to arrive.

The first sign of sheer incompetence from Nintendo was the fact that my package was held by DHL because Nintendo of America didn't properly write my address (incorrect address). They didn't even fu**ing bother putting the effort of dignifying my residence and didn't even email me about it until I found out myself.

The second and WORST sign was when the package arrived. NO BUBBLE WRAP, NO ENCLOSING EMPTY SPACES IN THE PACKAGE, NO SENSE OF SHAME WHATSOEVER BY NINTENDO OF AMERICA. The fu**ing 3DS system itself inside the package was sliding as I tilted the package sideways hitting from one side to the next. My horrifying realization was that this "proudly refurbished" 3DS was getting banged harder than @TaySan's hypothetical hotwife in the middle of a summer afternoon.

I'm furious and I'm fast enough to realize I'm gonna send this shit back to Nintendo and get my FUCKING MONEY BACK! My fellow GAF Americans, I URGE you all to not support Nintendo of America's refurbished products because they don't respect their own product's safety and dignity.

Yeah that's a shame ussually these things are packed good.
Also DHL? Fuck DHL they are the worst, everytime i order something and they ship with DHL my stomach turns i already had 2 packages that never arrived just this summer

The only damage is the brain damage I got after reading MiyazakiHatesKojima post about his precious 3DS XL ?
He never explained if it was damaged in anyway and just bitched it wasn’t properly boxed.
I suspect it was fine or he would of posted pics of a broken unit , he’s just being a baby.

See, the packing material is actually there to protect the box from the dangerous built-like-a-tank Nintendo system. It's no wonder your box arrived damaged, left exposed to the blunt force of Nintendo hardware over and over again.

If only Nintendo would pay more attention to how they pack their products, we could save more cardboard boxes from such needless tragedies.
