I buy a Nintendo system for Nintendo games.

I don't think I've ever seen as many people hear so scared of a new console. It's very interesting to watch.
peoples dont like nintendos getting intos the third parties market ahahahaha

I don't have anything to do about it, but I think your attitude sucks. Trying a couple games is not the same as admitting you have been actively pirating games for several generations. Even if it is Nintendo, at some point, if you keep pirating games and emulating these consoles, they have to be worth some of your money.
Ive bought tons of videogames in my 47 years alive. But ill not buy Nintendo games because Nintendo SUCKS since the Wii Release when they reused Gamecube hardware to launch a "new" system. They are who sucks.

So ill play all theirs games using emulators. And if you dont like that i am happy with that.

Since the Wii, Nintendo consoles haven't really been functional for multiplat 3rd parties. They always run so much worse it isn't worth the buy even if you want the game, and have nowhere else to play it, it's just that much worse that it basically ruins the experience. That said 3rd party games developed specifically for Nintendo consoles, can be absolute bangers worth picking up, some of my favorite wii and switch games are 3rd party games exclusive to the consoles.

People played on ps1 and ps2 instead of n64/gamecube due to lack of 3rd party support because Nintendo didn't have a CD rom on either console (gamecube wasnt dvd). This limited games. Especially jrpgs and during the ps1 motion video. Which at the time was new and better than it was on sega/Tg16 CD.

People could get resident evil on both but only one console had final fantasy 7, metal gear solid, tomb raider, legacy of kain, sotn, mega man legends series, and a megaton of awesome jrpgs.

So you had to choose, super expensive games, Mario and Zelda, Mario cart and a handful of subpar 3rd party games or new awesome unique 3d games along with 1000s of 3rd party games. This continued on the ps2. Nintendo is to blame for its own mess with 3rd parties. Let's not even mention their shitty exclusivity practices during the nes/snes period.

Nintendo got back partially during the wii period but fumbled the ball during the wii u. Which is a shame as it was a cool system with an unfortunate name.
While it's true that Nintendo made critical mistakes with third-party relationships, especially during the N64 era with the cartridge decision, it's an oversimplification to say that performance limitations alone drove players away. There were plenty of third-party games on the N64 and GameCube that sold very well, also, many PlayStation 1 and 2 games had worse technical performance compared to what could have been achieved on Nintendo hardware — worse framerates, lower resolutions, longer load times — yet they still sold millions. Why? Because Sony created a much stronger ecosystem through developer-friendly policies, marketing support, and strategic partnerships, not just thanks to using CDs or DVDs.

As for criticizing Nintendo's licensing practices during the NES era — yes, they were aggressive, but let's not pretend third-party companies were "forced at gunpoint" to accept those terms. Developers willingly signed those contracts because the NES was the biggest and most lucrative gaming market at the time. Nintendo didn't hold anyone's family hostage to make them agree; it was simply business in a booming industry.

Besides, this whole argument has already been thrown out the window with the massive success of the Switch. Third-parties are back significantly on Nintendo's platform today, showing that when the business conditions are right, third-party support flourishes. At this point, trying to blame everything on old tech decisions feels more like fanboy talk than serious analysis.

Well, that might be how it's been, but the times, they are a changin'! This is the new reality Sony Ponies and Green Rats have to contend with. There have barely been a handful of titles that have stood out as titles that couldn't be done on the PS4/Xbox One, and here comes an upstart disruptor with UE5 support. I think the push for PS6/Xbox Whatever is going to be forced by Sony and Microsoft, when this generation's barely gotten off the ground.

Sony and Microsoft have flown their graphics too high to dare compete with the PC Overlords, and their wax wings are melting; now watch Nintendo suck up all those gaming dollars underneath you while PC overlords laugh.
