Florida Man Driving While Masturbating: Cory Evans Arrested On Indecent Exposure Charges

A Florida man is charged with indecent exposure after he was caught masturbating while driving last week, authorities say.

Cory Evans, 22, of Boca Raton was pulled over around 1 a.m. April 14 in St. Lucie County by Florida Highway Patrol troopers who were responding to a call of a man driving while masturbating, according to a police report obtained Thursday by the Off the Beat blog.

The caller was a semi-truck driver who alleged Evans was shadowing him on the road, slowing down his vehicle as he slowed down and would accelerate when he did. “The victim stated that the driver seemed to be enticing him and harassing him,” the report stated.

As Florida Highway Patrol officers responded to the call, the semi-truck driver followed Evans’ vehicle. “The victim stated that the suspect continued masturbating with the interior dome light on so he could easily be seen.”

Evans’ car was then pulled over. Troopers noticed that he had clothing on but his zipper was down. The truck driver was then called to the scene to identify if Evans was the man he saw masturbating. The police report said the victim “positively identified the suspect and his vehicle.”

Evans initially denied being naked and masturbating to a highway patrol officer. The report said he gave answers that were “conflicting and he was not consistent with his answers. Mr. Evans stated at one point that he did not do it, and also stated that it was stupid and did not know what was going on.”

Evans was then taken to the St. Lucie County Jail, where he was booked on indecent exposure charges.
