Just listened to it...not bad. Dude is actually from Houston, although he doesn't really sound like a traditional Houston artist. And I went to school with him, so it's cool to see him putting in work.

It's some of the best Meth material ever IMO.
It never clicked with me. I listened to it at the same time I listened to deltron 3030 and neither one appealed all that much to me. I liked it a bit better when I came back to it a few years ago. I'm not a huge El-P fan though, he's one of those artists that I have a ton of respect for and I think he's a genius but outside of some of his more recent production, I don't really enjoy his music much.
I didn't really like it the first time I heard it in sophomore year of hs. Then I went back to it as a senior, loved it. I really like how it incorporates hard rap, with the space sounds/theme.
It comes to mind when I'm thinking of a generic Underground Hip Hop album with lo-fi, eerie production and decent lyricism.
