I like Mac Miller way more than I like Danny Brown
Mac has like two songs i find tolerable. Im not much of a Danny fan, but i can find his work more enjoyable.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS. IT'S TM103 DAY!
Where's the Jeezy talk?
I need a Jeezy Doc. like I need herpes.
that reminds me...I forgot that Illzsential came out this year, so that's going near the top of my AOTY list...
Album is a real contender for my #1 after a few spins on the good speakers. People asked if Jeezy still had it in him, and all he did was drop his best record yet. They don't make em like this anymore. Which is weird to say because Young Jeezy still seems like a new rapper to me. /oldguy
interesting question I have for all the white people in this thread, what do you replace the word N**ga with when around or talking to black people about hip hop? I usually just replace the word with Brothers lol
Sheet. I went and copped an either of some boutique herbs and tried to roll it all in a rillo to burn while I watch it tonight. I didn't succeed though. About 3/4 made it in there.
I'm strapped in and ready to go. I'll post some impressions. Not that they could possibly be anything other than great.

It is. It's actually a lot more rounded than I expected. There's plenty of good dirty trap muzik on it, but he also successfully dips into some other sounds.
Jeezy seems old to me, plus, hes like 34. At some point you need to drop the "Young" part of your name. I think 30 is the cut-off for that.
The hate is strong in this one..

My favorite track on XXX. It made me finally get over his unusual voice.I can't get XXX in my top ten, but Pac Blood is my #2 song.

How could you be down on The Recession? That album is awesome as hell.Haha, i actually liked his new album. I have been down on Jeezy until TM:103.
Im dropping it tonight. Im finishing up a song i wrote today, finishing the guitar work, but once that is done I will upload the whole tape. Finally fucking done.

It's still kind of weird for me to see you upping Jeezy, Blackace. I remember you trolling my Young Jeezy appreciation thread.

L of the year.
Jeezy is another rapper I'm secretly a fan of, but never will say I'm a fan of. I love all his shit, not because he is hood or real or any shit like that, just cause he knows how to deliver his raps better than most of the south. TM103 isn't a cohesive album and doesn't have as many bangers as y'all (or kams) make it sound like. Many of the songs are mediocre-to-I-just-listened-to-this. Recession was better, and RED is better than both.
Red is such a shitty album, I literally laughed out loud at that suggestion. I'd rather listen to The Recession with shitty iPod earbuds than Red with my DT770s
What about the Recession isn't shitty? 5 good songs, the rest is filler, Jeezy album status quo complete. RED is a similar case, just with more bangers.Red is such a shitty album, I literally laughed out loud at that suggestion. I'd rather listen to The Recession with shitty iPod earbuds than Red with my DT770s

Yep. Pretty much all that get play from me, but they are god damn good.It has a few bangers though... tracks 1-4 are amazing
Common must be upset Drake dropped an album softer and better than his pillow toilet seat album. SMH, come on Lonny, grow up.
This post is exactly how I feel.at least someone in hip hop is calling out that fluffy shitstain, preach commonsense
no i dont care that its a blatant attention grab fuck drake and possibly fuck you
Production alone is better on The Dreamer/The Believer.
Well i aint got no problem if the new cat is hip hop HIV. I aint got not problem with this... cause basically it sounds like Drake heard 'Sweet' and immediately thought it was about him. Highlighting not only his selfcenteredness and insecurity but the knowledge that deep down he is the bitchmade subject of this backlash against softness. Not Big Sean, not Ye, not even the Taio Cruzes and Trey Songzes of the world. Drake knows, in his soul, that even the legends whose music he listened to coming up like Luda and Common think he is a dainty little creampuff and a negative force in hip hop. bet that stings. This post is exactly how I feel.
I don't have a problem with Drake until he thinks he's greezy and begins acting like he runs shit. The shit talking raps, okay, but as soon as you open your mouth thinking your in a position of power for real, then I SMH. Even the "no comments" from Drake I respected, cause he knew his place at the time. At the same time, fuck legends who take shots at new cats.
I just hope Common wasn't doing this over his ex-girl. He's not above it though.
Common might have dropped Electric Circus, but "The Light" is infinitely better than half of the shit people croon nowadays. UMC was unacceptable though.
Sweet can be applied to the majority of rappers as of recent, including himself and most of Good Music.
