Why isn't Jurassic 5's Quality Control in any of these lists? (seriously, I need to know why) It's my number 1.

Because I lost patience with making my list before I could get to it.

For some reason I've always liked Hell On Earth slightly more than The Infamous...Oh and I wasn't fucking around about Late Registration, as of now it's my favorite Kanye album though this upcoming one looks to be rather brilliant.

Wow I have been MIA from GAF forever.

Do you have links to other dirty versions?

You missed the Kanye Runaway craze. Shame on you.

I decided to go on hiatus so I could actually get work done during the day. Research proposal deadline soon and paper submittal in december. I will be back in full force after that though.

Of course I have all the yeezy tracks on lock. Staying away from leaks that are non GOOD Friday. I am pissed that the itunes bonuses will not be available on deluxe edition of the album. I wanted a hard copy of this album and a vinyl version with all the tracks. Guess I will have to figure it out.

In general the exclusive track phenomenon is pissing me off. Same shit happened to me with the NERD album. Had to DL ride that thang and fuego because disk versions of the album don't have it and I really wanted a hard copy.

The other versions are shit.
1) Original, all clean.
2) Dirty, missing Fab and T.I. verses
3) Clean, missing Fab and T.I. verses
4) Dirty, all verses + Ross's verse.

Also, Complex compiled a list of the 100 Greatest Lil Wayne songs. Linked to, is my favourite at #14. Was so excited when this was supposed to be the first single to Carter III. #4 is pretty on point too.

Never listened to the bolded... gotta check them out, great list btw
damn, just saw that illmatics not on there; can't agree with that
I knew I was gunna catch flak for that, but Illmatic didn't hit me like it has other people. Yeah, its a great album, a classic, but its really just a good collection of songs, with a lot of the albums I've posted I felt a real connection with them, like it just spoke to me.
Let me know what you think of those two albums though.
spindashing said:
Ironically, those are the two albums I can stomach fully from Nas too. I find it amazing that I could still listen to Illmatic for years and years and it won't get old...
And yes, Enzo -- please get on that Food and Liquor. :lol
Another album that I would put on both of your lists, because it's one of my favorites:
binary_star.jpg

Shit is so ... chill. Lyrical sex. Too bad they didn't do more...
Sample: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnD_CXnXEB8

I love Binary Star.

ShinobiFist, I like your list. Has a lot of shit I think I'd like, gunna go through it and get back to you.

All of them are missing the Tyga verse. Thankfully, the world isn't missing it at all.

The 4th version is the one you linked to, the "best" version.

That's just off the top of my head.

Also I tried to keep my list just strictly hip-hop. This is ignoring things like instrumental hip-hop or other hip-hop inspired albums. That list would be far too hard to make.
