nice
Kool G Rapi might've slept, who's Ross worked with?
really feeling this new juciy j tape brehs, basically a continuation of blue dreams and lean 2 so far
Kendrick just killed that performance. Wow.
Kendrick just killed that performance. Wow.
was it on colbert?
I remember this dude used to post his stuff in the gamespot hip hop union they had back in the day. His titles to tracks were always funny

Miller and Ocelot are both kinda lame. Ocelot especially. He was a really neat character in earlier games and one of the most important in the entire series, but now he just sort of sits at Mother Base for tutorials. Also not a huge fan of Troy Baker's casting for him.
Good lookin out
Agreed. It's probably my favourite thing I've played this year, but there a few spots where I can see how it could have been even greater.fuck a nu-ocelot. dude might as well be one of the mother base flunkies he has about as much presence.
still enjoying the hell out of this game though but nibel and net wrecker are 100 on what's wrong with it too.
new Tinashe goes. Colbert show aint as good as I hoped it would be but no late night show starts off great, I think it will rise to glory in a few weeks.
edit: god damn this game could have been about the moral decline of a noble warrior. instead we get kiefer fuckin sleeptalking his 15 lines in this game and kaz acting irrationally pissy all the time smh. with an improvement in mission and stealth gameplay (not overall gameplay though, where's my boss battles brehs) we got a decline in everything else
ok this hard
I think it also sometimes happens in a biding war. Where an artist will switch for greater pay, but the original label doesn't want to lose them. So they agree to co-sign which essentially gives the artist even more money than single label signing. It shares risk between the two labels, and the second biding label can capture the artist at a lower price than what they originally planned but still receive comparable return for their investment.
Kendrick came out like 91 Ice Cube on Colbert, whoa.
Surprised that dmx himself hadn't already auctioned them off tbh
I've seen Kendrick live. Forgets 20 percent of his lines but his hype is undeniable.
D'Angelo was incredible live, and yeah I can see this working really well with improv like segments.I've been thinking that the best way to do this would be to take a dope band on tour and do D'Angelo-esque shit. Only problem is that he can't take most of the folks who played on the album on tour. Glasper/Washington/Thundercat/etc all have their own careers. Still certainly they can help him form a dope band...
...man, i just hit the goldmine yesterday: that DJ buddy who hooked it up with all the vinyl before? caught him before he had the rest dropped off at salvation army, and....there's a metric fuckton here. naturally most of the hip hop is singles, but of the LP's alone, there was some greatness (not shown: a bunch of advance albums with generic covers - 400 Degrees, Blueprint 2, Harlem World etc)
there's literally about 500 records here, and that's not counting another lot i picked up earlier this year that brought several hundred reagge ones (dude went $70 and there was easily 10-15 LL/Nas/etc LPs i wanted there), so yeah, i'm in the process of acquiring a few ikea expedit bookcases on craigslist to properly house these shits, at least till i can move some of em online.
ima get these cleaned & organized/set up, then get some good dank, my headphones & oversized beanbag and just chill all weekend - well, prolly the weekend after this one, but still, shit's gonna be nice
