After listening to the version with the live performance stitched in, I kinda wish he brought the same energy he did there, with the acapella and all. He's trying to make it more solemn I guess, but the delivery is still lacking.

I am eagerly awaiting the PC release. Agreed about Game's tape, but Ross's tape was just kinda mediocre with everything sounding the same, and shit features(aside from Nas). Nicki's album is garbage, but that goes without saying really. Peterboy dont even fucks with it.

Going through the KTT thread, it sounds like Jay gave Dear Moleskin to some blogger long ago, before it was finished. It was for personal use or whatever, and entered the shady world of bloggers who trade exclusive songs to each other. Finally it leaked today.
Just Blaze and Saigon were on twitter talking about it being an old unfinished version, and later Just Blaze started complaining about leakers being corny (he deleted the tweets shortly thereafter).
Who knows whether it'll be on the album now, or if the album will ever come out tbh. Personally I'm fine with leaks, especially of a song like this. The original teaser for Dear Moleskin came out more than two years ago, and has almost half a million hits on youtube. It's completely ridiculous that it never came out - in fact, that entire South American documentary/music video Jay did never came out; there's like two hours of HD footage of him running around South America shooting videos for Exhibit A, Dear Moleskin, and other stuff that was never released.
I hope someone just leaks his entire album, fuck it. His approach to music (and his fans) is ridiculous

I don't think it was South America, it was Tibet IIRC but yea. It's ridiculous. Everynow and then Jason Goldwatch (DECON Media director, and the guy who shot it) will release screenshots of his finalcut timeline and shit showing it. Everything points to everything surrounding that album to be "finished", and for whatever reason we'll never fucking see it.
This would be all easier to swallow if they didn't drop so many fucking teasers, videos, and hyped this shit up to kingdom come only to never drop it. I hope someone out there, there's an engineer who doesn't give a fuck and decides to just leak it.

I'm a total Halo stan, but with recent news of 4, I'm actually looking forward to ACIII more. And maybe a bit of Revengeance, Trials HD, Borderlands 2 on the side. And Battleblock Theatre if it actually comes out.

Dota2. Aliens: Colonial Marines would be a possibility but I'm not sure if it's going to come out this year.
Nothing besides Dark Souls on PC. Maybe this summer if I am bored I might fire up the mass effect series, but I doubt it. Ill continue to play a little bit of HoN and some CS:GO. I have no time for gaming with everything else in my life. I dont think I would game much even I did have time, I think I grew out of it honestly.
Mostly handheld and PC stuff. I feel off with consoles but might get a WiiU if it's impressive.
Diablo 3, Torchlight 2, Borderlands 2 and Bioshock Infinite.
EDIT: I've gone many months with barely touching any videogames, usually I go back to an old game I loved and it gets me back into it.

At that moment his buzz was sky high. He had a pure hip hop record getting spins on mainstream radio in NY, DJs riding his dick, ALL of NY on his dick in fact.
Nothing he could possibly do now will match the heights he reached that year. Dude completely wasted a once in a lifetime moment. I'm not saying the album would have gone gold that year, but that was THE moment to drop something. He could have still been eating off that shyt, dropping mixtapes here and there.

Max Payne 3, Dragon's Dogma, Darksiders II, Assassin's Creed III (skipped Revelations due to fatigue), Metal Gear Rising, Bioshock Infinite, Tomb Raider Reboot, GTAV. Also finally building a gaming PC in a few weeks so I can finally catch up with stuff I missed last year (Batman AC, Saints Row 3, Deus Ex,: HR, Alan Wake PC, etc.)
Halo, and most FPS in general, are really boring now. I didn't play BF3 for nearly as long as I thought I would, CoD is rehash after rehash, MoH is boring, Killzone continues to underdeliver, Aliens look like a scripted snoozefest, etc. etc.
I forgot about Diablo 3. I have had the Collectors edition pre ordered for a long ass time. That will be the game I play this summer.
Move on, man. We should be looking for Papoose 3.0 right now to seal those wounds.
This reminds me, I pretty much only have Revelations and Batman: Arkham City to go back to from last year, which I'm currently hunting for sales for. US gets all the great gaming deals.
Burned through ACII and AC:B over about 2 or 3 weeks at the start of the year, and I've had enough of a break to say I still want to give Revelations a shot. I'm just not willing to pay more than $20 or $30 for it.

IDK, every real (note: not gaming "journalism") review of AC:R I've read paints it as really "samey" to II and Brotherhood. I get franchise fatigue easily so I'd rather not have that game stain ACIII which sounds legitimately interesting. I couldn't care less about the story I'd miss since Assassin's Creed is so far off the rails now anyway.
But this year will probably peak with Max Payne 3 for me. I'm sick of shooters, but Rockstar's production values + their physics + gun porn + Max narration are what can pull me back in.

it's been a minute since you've said some empirically wrong shit, but there it is.
you gotta take your time and learn from it, when it clicks it's brilliant. i don't really fault you cause i rage-quit on stage 2 of Demons Souls years ago, until my boy put me back onto it. i spent an entire year playing lesser games.
this moleskin shit is short and i can buy that it's unfinished but cot damn i get the hype, cause that's all it took. i need more Jay Elec now, and it ain't coming.
If Diablo 3 is even remotely as good as part 2 it will consume all of my free time for the rest of the year and beyond. I'll probably give Witcher 2 a shot as well. Farcry 3 and Darksiders 2 as well as long as they are as good as the previous ones (fry cry 2 ran out of steam by the end but it was a damn fun play for the first 20 hours or so). And of course borderlands 2 (liked it so much I bought it twice) and Resident Evil 6. But honestly, I'll probably be happy with D3 alone.
Games don't hold my interest as easily as they used to. At one point, I could play even shitty games and enjoy myself. Now they have to be AAA caliber games to entertain me for longer than a few minutes. 3/4 of the games gamefly sends me get sent right back the same day. Recently I played WWE '12 for all of 15 minutes before putting it back in the sleeve and sticking that piece of shit back in the mailbox.
I just realized I'm not even going to be here for the majority of those games, so nevermind.
