These last few pages were so good.

Hype rising for "Old," based on Danny's Sway freestyle. Shit's crazy. I have no doubt that his flow will still slay. Expecting it to be more similar to "Detroit State of Mind" than "XXX." He's coming to town with Pretty Lights in the near future, but they are performing at our minor league baseball team's ballpark :/ Should I still go?

Why would the venue affect anything? Unless you can't be down on the field, which then would suck. I hate going to concerts that are hype but don't have GA seating.

After tormenting the Twitterverse with her twerking routine at the VMAs, Miley Cyrus went right into the studio with Kanye West to record a remix of his song “Black Skinhead,” Page Six has exclusively learned. Cyrus skipped her own VMA after-party at No. 8 and went into the studio for what her reps described as a late-night, “top- secret” collaboration, which sources said was with none other than West. The “Yeezus” rapper was one of the few artists not spotted out at Jay Z and Diddy’s bash in New York, which went into the early hours of Monday. West was also said to have headed straight to the studio after the MTV event at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. We hear Cyrus will appear with West on a remix of “Black Skinhead,” due to be part of a remix EP that will be released later this year. West was due to perform “Skinhead” at the VMAs, but reportedly changed his mind at the last minute to perform the haunting track “Blood on the Leaves,” at which time viewers only saw his enlarged shadow rapping against a backdrop of a forest.

I assume that would be the case. I really don't care about Pretty Lights. I'll stay for Danny and then bounce. Everything I've heard about his live performances have been great.

To me that was pretty much where he started to fall off. Drukqs has some good stuff on it, but its all largely downhill from there.

I kinda feel like Autechre is better overall now, even if Aphex is the innovator

Check out his interview on the Combat Jack Show. Not sure I've ever heard someone as self centered, selfish, or ignorant. Like to the point where you have to wonder whether he's just acting, but then you realize he's been doing this for decades. That's who he is. Shit is scusting...

Charlamagne is funny even when I vehemently disagree with him.

Like PD said, Star has been like this since the dissing Aaliyah after she died days. If anything Charlamagne bit his style and toned it down after he took over Star's spot at Power for dissing DJ Envy back when Envy was on Hot97 and before Envy jumped to Power.
