:(

whole album is full of hilarious shit lol. Wait till you get to Rap Snitches

This your first time breh?

Nah I heard it before a couple of years ago after watching this:

Mos Def - a fan of DOOM

I only listened to this and Operation Doomsday from him. I'll have to check out Madvillany because everyone says it's his best project. I can see why people compare Jay Electronica to him though.

DOOM has one of the best discogs.

As someone who's watched this entire Lord Jamar saga spiral into stupidity, I strongly urge nobody to watch anything related to this. Dude more and more sounds like a closet racist and homophobe.
I couldn't vibe with this at all.

Great list and it's why I hold most of these rappers in high regard. They make me laugh. I would say Riff Raff too, but sometimes I just can't tell.

BoB betrayed himself

Apparently Kanye changed around the stage for the Yeezus tour because they didn't have a lot of time

Ffs. Apparently no goofy outfits either

Shit better be ready by the Toronto date.

I need that DONDA™ Experience.

Listened to Blue Chips 2 today. It's just fun, man, IDK. The album is fun, you can tell Action is having fun just spitting nonsense and funny stuff that's enjoyable. He really has crafted a lane of his own, and I think that he could see mainstream success too if someone was willing to push him and he developed an actual work ethic. He's great with visuals, has a very distinct personality and image, has a style that has matured from just being a Ghostface clone, etc.

Overall very positive reaction from me. There's weird stuff like him just clearly doing one takes for a lot of these songs on the records but at least on initial listens it doesn't matter because the production carries it so hard. Literally some dude forgetting his rhymes on a record and somehow it's so charming that it's excusable.

Did anyone actually figure out what DONDA surround was?

I've been to a lot of shows at the Shark Tank and the speaker setup they had there for Yeezy was extravagant and nothing like the other shows. he played all of Yeezus and that listening experience for that album was without a doubt, the most appropriate way to hear that album. The surround sound experience was magical.

Action, Danny, and Doom are my favorite rappers for funny punchlines. Kanye cracks me up, but I wouldn't call him "funny" anymore.

A-Trak and Danny tomorrow night. Shit is going to be ridiculous.

I do like this new wave of .gif animated covers. that's cool. I'll probably give the album a listen, despite how much shit I talk about him.

Oh and that Team Supreme collection is a fundraiser for a member's bail. Police invaded a warehouse show and when he pushed through the police barricade to try to get his DJ gear, they arrested him.

So it goes to a good cause and you get dope, dope beats in return.

Did you highlight the mainstream rapper's names to entice us? Just curious. I used to have a religious room mate who would do that, and try to get me to watch Christian movies because such-and-such is in it.

I highlighted a song with just Christian artists on it too. The Fever. I was just letting people know that he's making waves.
