Oh yeah, I dont fuck with weight lifting like that. I forgot you had to cycle that shit. I was under the impression you just went to a different type of steriod/supplement every three months or so then repeat, so your body doesnt become used to it.

Hip-Hop needs older artist to make music in order to grow.
It's still fairly young, but if it wants to grow like Rock and Roll and other forms of music having the greats around to tour and what not will be good
Also was talking to friend about this but the history isn't really well looked after because Hip-hop morphs so much year by year.. it is "stabled" out the last few but an artist couldn't really do a cover to an older song without sounding way out of place unless you are Diddy
