I'm a bit of an eminem apologist but you still wouldn't catch me praising MMLP outside of 2004. That album has very hard dated cutoff point.

I am offended. Is such a thing even possible?
 
I don't even like 2001 much but it set a sonic blueprint for the mainstream left coast for so many years. Crazy.

The production is great. Play it in your car and be amazed, especially by the drums. But song and lyrically it's just so...dumb and embarrassing. And not even in an entertaining Doggystyle/Chronic way. Multiple rappers I have no interest in hearing again, not enough Snoop.
