As much as I love Back from the dead 1 all his newer shit (with the exception of beetlejuice) has been trash. I've seen Keef live 2 times and both times he showed up almost 2 hours late and only preformed for about 45 mins if that. I figured he would have been dropped way faster than this.

It lets up later in the set but that's understandable. Dunno what happened but being good on the mic live started dying in the 90s. Shit is just lazy sounding today.
At least Nas has greatly improved live since the Marley tour.

Canada has a sizeable Caribbean population. I've heard the same slang from Toronto people before Drake. Classic example, the Sean Paul "Get Busy" video was shot in Ontario and is Jamaican as fuck. For such a small island our influence is massive. Whole regions adopting our slang.
