man, i don't know, it's a gut feeling i guess. i'm just worried to won't live up to 3/4 (cause like, those games are perfect) and yeah, but it'll be nice to see atlus not release another persona 4 spinoff soon
i only played it for two hours and it felt rushed and uninspired and i thought the game was "easy" (seriously, i was playing it with no shield and two swords and i was going dante on those enemies). i mainly died because of the platforming sections

Unfortunately, Arkham Knight isn't doing anything for me. It is pretty though.
AC: Unity looks so damn good. It really looks like they're addressing most of the complaints for the series. I'm super impressed.

Mate, jimi hendrix just jammed in the studio. He was notorious for just making random music all day in the studio, practically lived there.
despite being a big fan of both franchises, I wasn't expecting much from either game until I saw those E3 stage demos. started to finally feel AC fatigue after IV, but it looks like Unity is shaking things up quite a bit.

honestly you're not yet missing much, no reason not to wait - ive played Resogun, Infamous (borrowed), MGS V demo, the DLC for Last of Us remastered, and P.T. (my favorite so far), plus a few indies & some terrible launch shit (Killzone, Knack)...the party has not started yet

I don't think I've gotten legit excited to buy a new game at release in like 5 years. The soonest I will bite on a next gen system is in a few months when things really get rolling (and 2k15 is out). Did play the Destiny beta on 360 though and thought it was pretty fuckin sweet. Still undecided on which system to get though. Sometime next year I'll be looking to build my own gaming PC though finally.

Gaming is in a weird place. On one hand I'm excited for a lot of games, on the other I'm losing motivation to play them by the time they come out.

I am completely satisfied with this Batman being the last of Rocksteady's reign. Feels perfect.

But that's a creative process; Hendrix also listened to records in the studio, brainstormed with his producer, etc. So much of mainstream rap revolves around the concept of spending "hours working" in the studio...making the same song 10 times. No wonder albums rarely match the mixtapes, which are recorded before endless studio expenses.
really DominoKid was spot on in that rappers pretty much, either through their own efforts or a label push, make songs with the exact same concept over and over and over again, and put together projects that are like that too. It's like; everything is made in the template of In My Lifetime, Vol. 1. You got some grimy joints, some swag joints, a banger, a couple wack songs for the ladies, a conscious flavored jawn or two. Way too many guys follow that exact same model. That's why albums like The Night's Gambit are so refreshing.

I can tell. Everyone in Gaming side of GAF hypes everything to the fucking max I'm just like is this game really worth my sixty plus dollars, will it have longevity, does this look fun ? These are the questions I ask myself before I buy a game shit the last new release I bought was GTAV and I still play it to this day. Destiny will probably be my next purchase had tons of fun with the beta.

TBH a lot of the next gen games I want are cheap thrills. Driveclub, Infamous, etc. But I'm okay with that, there's very few games I feel like truly hold their value longer than 10 hours of gameplay anyways.

Nah but your inquisitive nature means you will eventually learn the ins and outs and be able to do everything with ease. PC gaming is a billion times less work than it's often made out to be. It wasn't even that bad in like the late 90s/early 00s.
OTOH I spent like three hours trying to fix a save file I fucked in Shadow Keeper for BG2 a few weeks ago so it definitely still has some rough spots. I guess I've just grown to love that type of frustration.
