I feel like I've enjoyed a ton of music this year, but I don't know how I'd rank any projects in particular. Only two I know I'd put up there are TLOP and Malibu, and to a lesser extent EVOL straight off of the strength of the highlights. And Malibu is hardly hip-hop.
