Trying to see if I can use this as a daily lens especially since I'm on APS-C and I'm pretty sure 28-53mm is much more useful than the 28-90(42-135)mm I've got as my daily lens instead.

So here's some shots:



And my favorite despite the botched focus:

So far so good.
Shooting below f/5 is a little sketchy but it's fantastic above that. I think as a lens to walk around with, not wanting to shoot something specific... it's pretty dang fantastic. Even better is that it's a CPU lens so I actually just had it in Auto the entire time I was out with my nephew. All I had to think was about was focusing and that's so much easier than fiddling with the shutter, focus and aperture.
The question now is if I should pick up another copy of the lens since as you can see, the threads are broken and it seems like it has some damage inside as some pictures get really really hazy in the sunlight. Granted it's also removable in Lightroom and I can also live with that so idk lol.
