This was in response to Launch. Dammit, Xam.
You didn't answer my questions.Any other questions before we move on to who I believe is a legit scummy player, Ty4on?
WhY should we believe you now.Alright you fucklechucks, yes I moved last night and yes my entire roleclaim has been a lie. It started off as a gambit that evolved into a survival tactic; scum thinks I'm the neutral because they know I didn't actually switch the tables or, later, their lost partner.
Any other questions before we move on to who I believe is a legit scummy player, Ty4on?
Killing Ouro does literally nothing to help town, and giving scum another night to get their crap together only benifits them.Assume idiot and explain why I'm wrong

Then it's you who's wrong, fam.Killing Ouro does literally nothing to help town, and giving scum another night to get their crap together only benifits them.
Tell me why, oh wise one. Then it's you who's wrong, fam.
Hold on, I'll explain everything when I get home. If you guys lynch me, you're really dumb lol

The fuck is wrong with you dude. Wasting our time with multiple fake claims and then "hold on I'll explain later." If you aren't scum, I'm policy lynching you. And if you are scum lol
Tell me why, oh wise one.
I explained myself several times, what don't you understand? Lynching a neutral is not a mislynch and allowing whoever prevented the kill another shot without risk of exposing themselves today is a solid play.
No, lynching a neutral WHOSE WIN CONDITION LINES UP WITH TOWN is a mis-lynchea becasue that still brings us closer to lylo. Anytime we don't hit scum it's a mislynch.I explained myself several times, what don't you understand? btw, what is the current vote count?
I'm on mobile. I'll post one shortly, but for now, it's in post #4
I'd rather listen him out. Dont turbo.
Even if it's coming from his ass, only after his flip we would know for sure.
So we're not waiting around doing nothing, further thinking about BSP:
Her coming around and doubling down on her scum list is kind of weird, and I can't tell if it's scum who doesn't give a fuck or a useless townie. Just seems like scum would at least try.

Hi arso.
Remember that one time I finally got an important role and CornBurrito had to go and post in the wrong chat, so I had to leave because I had 2 of the mafia names on day 1?
Good times. :|
I'd like to look more into RNH next phase, in particular. I'm not really sure what to make of him. He'd be a good place to start next phase, but we'll see what happens.
Imagine for a moment, you have a clause in your role PM that says something to the effect of "you can only target players at your table" and you were a roleblocker. I think it's a pretty reasonable expectation that someone is in this position. If nothing ever changed, for example if I was killed before I could use my ability, then the pool of players that you can use the roleblocking ability on will remain at half the players and never change.
In that case, the only two conclusions one can make are:
1) there is another mechanism for changing the arrangements, or
2) there are redundant roles.
I mean, let's say you're the roleblocker, right? You probably want to intercept the arso, so you go for the likeliest suspects based on what was discussed in the previous day phase (AB or Tim). You don't go for Camjo unless you are deaf to all the discussion we've had in this game, or if you have a really strong vendetta against him for some reason. I mean, if it's table restricted, ok I would understand. The RB is sitting in table 1. But he still has a bunch of other options there that are sketchy (albeit, Camjo was the sketchiest) that I find it improbable that the RB would target Camjo, or at least as probable as others. But again, that's an if. I would be shocked if the RB is table restricted in this game; it would not feel very balanced because he/she wouldn't be able to help half the players at any given time. I would expect something extra to give them a leg up.
Ouro, brother. I know you might think I'm salty about you not being town; I'm not. I still kind of trust you up until the point where it comes down to bad math and we would have to stop you. You have to trust me, though; I was definitely responsible for your drink not getting to the right person.
You asshats, I was driving.
I'll explain everything.
I'm indeed ScraftyDevil, but my title is Busty Martial Arts Freak. I'm a jailor. I've been trying to stay alive long enough to effectively use my ability and continue to do so. That took the form of coming up with a roleclaim. Now, I will admit, I didn't have so much foresight. I thought I would throw the fake claim out there just to see what shook out and to spur discussion; I realized that I could play it off as being neutral, and then we eventually found out about the lost partner, so it was kind of perfect. If scum believed me and couldn't disprove it, they would find me insignificant; if they could disprove it, they would know I was hiding something, but they'd think neutral or lost partner. So, with you guys, I just had to stick to my guns.
However, this looks like the day where you guys want to bust open this pinata and figure out what's inside. I want to give you guys the information and the time to make the right choice here.
Here are my targets thus far:
N1) RobotNinjaHornets/Seath
N2) Fireblend
N3) AbsolutBroN4) Ty4onI know what you're thinking, I'll get to that
And seeing as how we didn't have a kill last night, even though I know a million things could have happened, Ty4on is someone I want to press today.
Also, in case I need to spell it out, all N1 table 2 actions landed exactly where they were supposed to.
FAQ
Launchpad, I don't buy it. Isn't that role a bit OP?
It has its caveats. I have to use it during the day phase and can only use it on people sitting at my table. It's especially annoying when I target weemad, town decides to bandwagon him, and I have to come back and make a mad dash to send in a fucking PM:
But can you target yourself?
Yes, though making up a roleclaim to deter killers would help me not have to defend myself.
Hey, but didn't Camjo get roleblocked? Why would he lie?
Yes, I believe that Camjo did get roleblocked, but it wasn't by me. It's also why I didn't believe his roleclaim until his lynch. That's why I came into Day 4 like "wassup AB":
So Ouro's drinks went...?
It honestly didn't occur to me I could claim to have gotten it until last day phase, but yeah, I coincidentally intercepted both of them. I obviously didn't get a notification of either of them. Sorry about that Ouro, you're still two drinks down.
Yo Launchpad, no hints or breadcrumbing?
idk what you're on about, my breadcrumb game was on point:
But Launchpad, why did you lie to me like that bro?
I'm sorry. From my perspective, I was a bigger asset alive than dead. I'll take responsibility for that.
Xam and Nin?
fuck those idiots.
If this is true you played it BADLY, since there was no need to get your hands on fire about the drink AND your first day shenanigans pretty much confused the fuck out of town FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER.
THAT IS ANIT-TOWN PLAY.
YOUR PREVIOUS ROLECLAIM WAS DUMB.
N3) AbsolutBroHey, but didn't Camjo get roleblocked? Why would he lie?I know what you're thinking, I'll get to that
Yes, I believe that Camjo did get roleblocked, but it wasn't by me. It's also why I didn't believe his roleclaim until his lynch. That's why I came into Day 4 like "wassup AB":
Not that long ago I would have jumped all over this in a "I know I'm town so let's kill Launch" sort of way, but I had a thought while I was working in the garden about why he is so adamant I'm not town.
IF the secondary part of his role, or maybe the primary and he lied about table shuffling, is a role blocker, he may have blocked me last night thonking I would ignite or whatever. Since no one was doused he becomes even more sure I'm the arsonist (hence his "are you sure" post). Then when Camjo comes out as the arsonist, he thinks Camjo is scum trying to make a faustian bargain as a neutral to hide in plain sight. It explains:
1) why Launch may have tripped the motion detector
2) why he doesn't believe Camjo is the arsonist
3) why he still thinks I could be the arsonist
It would require a second roleblocker, but we supposedly have two neutrals trying to _____ everyone and two motion detectors, so why not two role blockers? One could even be a scum blocker.
If his idea was to protect town
He fucked up horribly
BECAUSE HE DIDN'T FUCKING PROTECT THE TOWN GOSSIP THAT PEOPLE VOUCHED FOR
You could make the argument that not everyone believed scrafty was a copOr the claimed cop.
Except that Bronx was actually at your table for a good chunk of D3, before I pulled the fire alarm, and after people had vouched for himAre you guys stupid?
I can't jump tables. I just said that. Obviously Bronx and Scrafty would have been good protects.
