Depends on how much time your band wants to put into practicing the songs each week. Last time, some bands were meeting up for multiple mult-hour sessions each week, others only had time to play through the songs once together -- either way's fine. The hardest part is getting four people to coordinate, which is why I suggest hooking up with people from your time zone.

I can cover Bass on Hard. I'm learning Guitar on hard but I'm not good for more than about 10 or so songs.

I'm back for this. Honestly, the last competition seriously improved my play on drums - I went from being OK on medium and alright on some hard stuff to being able to do most things on hard. Now I'm switching between expert and hard for almost everything except the hardest stuff, which I just play on medium for score/overdrive getting purposes.

As long as you are signed in with a Gold account, she can sign in as a Guest and play. She won't be able to user her Gamertag though.

Could I perhaps suggest bumping up the start date to something closer than April 14th? Say, April 11th? That's still a pretty long time to spend waiting for the first songs to be announced. I would assume that everyone who would have interest in band battling will be able to get organized by this upcoming Friday. It would also give us the weekend to play.

If you don't have Gold, yeah, you can't play with others online. You can still play with just a local offline band if you can find another two members (or even if you can't).
