The deadline for grouping has come and gone, so I've grouped the remaining stragglers into bands, mostly by time zone. Check the OP for the details and to see if your band lineup has changed or what band you now belong to. New bands need to post their shared band DLC in this thread ASAP ... and hopefully come up with some actual band names
There is still one PS3 band with only three members, but hopefully they can either find another GAFer or a local player.

Seeing as we're playing Three Brits and a Yank (aka Unnamed PS3 band #2) this week, guys, I say we stay as far away from selecting any songs even mildly related to Britain, just to remove any possible advantage they might hold.
That means "no" to Oasis, Radiohead and Wolfmother (they're Australian, but it's all the same). In fact, what's the opposite of Brit Pop? Southern Rock? I say we make them do "Mississippi Queen" with a Southern Drawl and watch 'em crash and burn.

Now that matchups have been announced and the first week is underway, let me know ASAP if any bands are failing to communicate at all. I'd prefer to match up active bands.

I'm trying to co-ordinate my band but no one wants to be the singer. So I'm not sure exactly what to do. I mean I could play and sing at the same time, but that would mean we'd have to lose someone (and lose cowbell bonuses, which in some songs is enormous) and I'm not sure how to take care of that ... I'm not the leader type :lol

To my team:
When do you guys want to meet ? I should be available at nights most of the week. I have a bunch of exams and projects due the next two weeks but I should be able to squeeze in some time for this at night... btw, how do you guys want to do instruments? I only have my guitar and mic with me but I'm awful with mic. I have gold starred pretty much every song on guitar except run to the hills.
