Did you get a jelly bean beta in several iterations weeks before final release?
No. What's your point?

Why the hell did it surface while I eat dinner argh /firstworldproblems
And I can use that with any baseband version?
Yes. I thought I was clear. That Apple is going through extensive outsider testing while Google is not...?! I guess.
Yes. I thought I was clear.
It's a big file size so I imagine it flashes a new baseband/radio buuuuut if I were you I would return to stock baseband
So Google use people as Guinea Pigs? Since they don't opt in to be first to get the OTA Update. Doesn't seem right.
Also not all iOS updates are beta tested outside of Apple, only the major ones. However the smaller updates are still pushed to everyone at the same time.
So last night I was playing Super Mario World... on my phone... using a Wii Remote.
I love my Nexus.
What app do you use to connect your Wiimote?
certainly not a fan of some of the UI changes in Jelly Bean but the smooth/quickness is bloody ace. Definately makes the GNex feel several notches faster
am disbelief how smooth this device became
It's like Apple magic.

Guys, just root and flash the Vicious V1 AOSP ROM that was just released today. It's completely stock and is fuh-lying.I'm still holding out hope we may get it soon. They did finally give Toro official AOSP support.
It's "check now" and it doesn't do anything. Google lied, there is no roll-out.

How did they get the ota for Verizon?
They didn't, that's an ICS update they got a few days ago.
Unlocking the bootloader will wipe the phone? How lame.

Yup, that's why it should be the first thing you do if the thought of roms/rooting even crosses your mind.
It didn't really cross my mind, when I got the phone and if Google wasn't so slow and lame and would just push that update out, I wouldn't even have to type this.
