That's the FF7 Advent Children movie and not a game. Square Enix announced it a while back.

I think 1up hinted at that, and nomura stated that he would like to add some extra content to the UMD version. (an incentive)

Although a price has not yet been announced, playstation.com predicts the system will cost about $300.

The majority of PlayStation Portable games will cost between $20 and $30.
