For those that were interested in Fewture's Getter Dragon I just saw the scans and it looks like Fall 2013 from what people were saying of the translation.
It's good to see such an amazing looking figure with the Getter G team color scheme. I really fell in love with the Beast Metal/Mass Produced G's from Arm but I'm guessing for anyone who really wants that there is a chance we could see a recolor along with Black in the future.

That's what I'm hoping for, but I'm too afraid to try to wait and see what happens. I much prefer the Armageddon color scheme for Dragon.

My god, if that gets a decent final paint job.
I would certainly want to get it if they ended up bringing it out. Beast Metal is probably my favorite G variant.
That said, the G line is my favorite form of Getter's and I try to get every form of Dragon and Neo 1 (because of how close it is to Dragon) that I can. It also makes it easy for me because I will most certainly skip Posidon and Liger so I will have the money for Arm and Black Dragon.

I'm new in terms of the whole figure thing but lately I have been eyeing a Kotobukiya Christie pvc. Any tips for somebody new to this? What place to shop? whats a good price? etc etc. It would be very much appreciated

For the kotobukiya Bishoujo stuff I usually go with amazon

$55 is about the average for her right now. I think I paid $52 for mines back in July.
Kotobukiya's bishoujo figures are really easy to buy. They're one of the few figures that I would recommend buying from US based shops as they are cheaper than from Japanese shops, which is not the case for most figures. Amazon will have the more recent ones for good prices usually Prime eligible. MSRP on these is $60, so anything below that is a good price. Usually I see them drop down to about $49 a bit after release, then the price will slowly rise up. You also don't have to worry about bootlegs with the Bishoujo line. As far as I know, none of them have been bootlegged.
$55 at amazon, which isn't a bad price. You might be able to find it for $49.99 in a few places, but shipping will almost surely make it go above that.

It's not 100% accurate, but that's the site I use to see if something's bootlegged. If it has been, I avoid ebay altogether, and even amazon is pretty iffy with their 3rd party sellers.

from the 3 mandrake that you link, how would I find which one is the most truthworthy out of the 3 since they are used? Or is it one of those gambles and pray they are in decent conditions?
Mandarake will usually say if the box is opened or sealed, but you might have to run it through google translate if the staff didn't put the details in English. But even opened stuff is almost always in really good shape. If there's noticeable damage they will usually list it. These two are unopened.

I'll echo the other two comments and say go with Amazon as well. I bought my Christie and Asuka Kazama figures from Amazon. Maybe you could find them for a couple bucks cheaper somewhere else, but they are definitely worth the $50-$60 you can get them for on Amazon.
The people ITT posting pics of their Christie figures back when she came out sold me on her and it is a great one. You won't be disappointed with it at all.

Was too indecisive on D-Arts Mewtwo and now Amiami is sold out. Do they usually get extra stock for sale when the item arrives? I recall Figma Link being in stock for a bit after being released.
Keep checking, it was already sold out earlier before they opened up more preorders. And yes, it's not uncommon for more to pop up after release, though possibly without the preorder discount.
Ugh, been waiting for this forever!!
Hopefully it's the next month or two, and not ..... well, what it sounds like. :/

The best one is easily Alter's Yukiko, but it was released 4 years ago and is pretty hard to find, and if you do find it you will pay a ton for it, as it goes for 16,000 yen or more on mandarake or amiami, and almost $300 on ebay
Megahouse released a Yukiko this summer, and it wasn't nearly as good. I bought it because I'm a huge Persona fan, but later regretted it when I saw it was so heavily discounted. You can buy it pretty cheap right now.
If you want something smaller and cheaper there's Yukiko and Chie figmas, or the Teddie and Yukiko nendoroids I posted a few days ago.
There's also Wave's Rise. It was released early this year and is probably sold out everywhere, but she pops up on Mandarake from time to time for reasonable prices, probably around 6,000 yen. This is probably my 2nd favorite Persona 4 figure.

I make a few exceptions here and there! I have no swim suit figures at all but a few of what I have are kinda scantily clad. Tempted to purchase the Megahouse POP Nami special with the magazine book but it's kinda hefty on pricing. I missed a $103 deal from TGLShop over the weekend so I am sad.

I use paypal and within paypal, I have it taken out of my bank acct rather than my credit card, even though I use my CC for EVERYTHING.
One time I bought something from Canada with my CC and they charged me some additional fee, "foreign transaction" or something like that. It was a big purchase so it was an extra ~$40. So I use paypal + bank acct for anything outside of the US now.
