Here's some stuff I happened upon recently.

This Sakura clock was 100 in mint condition at a recycle shop.

Kaiyodo Cammy figure. I wanted this before but it was always sold out; spotted this one at a shop and grabbed it.

Tsukasa Bullet Mizuki figure. I love this guy's art and the figure looks pretty close to it. There's two in this set and I'm probably going to get the other one...it's only 2500 yen since everyone wants this figure instead, being more nubile and all.

Why, you ask? Probably because of this.

Yes, there's some detail under that "shirt" that didn't really need to be there. Oh that crazy Japan.

This is the garage kit modded with the Vision cam. Its a trial fit so all the joins are still visible for now.

I really need to do something like this though.

I dont actually have many gaming based figures. I think I will start updating the collection with Street Fighter.

I've got my ikea case, with the lighting set up. Looks pretty good... will take pictures when;

1. I get a decent camera (somewhere.... probably borrow it!)
2. Get blue Cammy
3. get the mirrors I was planning to get from ikea (didn't have them in stock; 4*30cm^2 mirrors, that fit perfectly inside the case).
4. Shop up some cards to block the frontal light from my LED lighting strips (they're there more to illuminate the figures than to blind me).

They're around $85 each. It's a reasonable price for that size.

Some of these are very impressive and detailed. And some... well pedophilia is still pedophilia even if those figures aren't realistic. As for those more mature ones... well they are nice but it's just expensive porn. But if you have the dough then go for it!


I have always wanted some kind of figurines and my friend used to play Warhammer and those little dudes and orcs were cool. Especially in masses.

But I have never seen anything as detailed as I would want in shops. Cel-shaded styled assassins from Killer 7 I would buy.

from the looks of the picture, he's being reissued. on the left of Shanks.

it also looks like there may be another figure to his right, but i can't tell who.

in any case, i'll be sure to order the Sanji reissue. all i want is the main pirate crew (i just ordered Zoro, Nami and Chopper).

at this point i'm praying for SOGEKING. the new Chopper is out this month, which means the next Usopp will be by himself. after that the only other figure they haven't reissued yet is Robin.

i'd say it's probably a safe bet Brook will be out later this year

A lot of the figure models are pretty cool, really. I have the two sets of "SEGA Gals" ones and the Shadow of the Colossus set. My girlfriend collects the larger size figures, mostly stuff from Rosen Maiden and such.

Eventually I'll get some of them set up and maybe finish up my Gundam models, but for now the shelves are dominated by Primes.

Minus one or two, that's every Optimus Prime/Primal figure ever made.

Are these from the "Ghilbi shop" in Japan? They're awesome.

I got them online from 1999.co.jp a while ago, not sure if they still have them though. You can get them from Hobby Link Japan as well. The calendar thing I bought on Ebay and am not sure where else you can get it, hope that helps.

Bought this morning. I really like it. 7 inches tall, the skirt is flexible and there's 22 points of articulation on it. Hard to tell without looking very closely. I think I want to get the Yuffie, Cloud, and Aeris ones as well.
